This data set contains licensed pain clinics in Tennessee downloaded from the TN Department of Health. Data is from 2011-08/20/2019. This data set contains open clinics, closed clinics, clinics that were applied for and never approved.Processing Steps:Data was downloaded from the state website at https://apps.health.tn.gov/facilityListings/.Data was formatted using tools developed by Dr. Qiusheng Wu at UTK (Git Hub).Data was geocoded using ArcGIS Online. Addresses were not verified.
