These expectations include the protection of data privacy, confidentiality, and security. In the event that requests raise particular concerns related to privacy and confidentiality, risks to populations or groups, or other concerns, the CCNDC consortium will consult with other experts as appropriate. The CCDNC consortium reserves the right to suspend or revoke approved access requests at any time if concerns arise regarding the appropriateness of data usage by recipient or recipient's compliance with the DUA.
