It displays the economic development districts, enterprise zones, industrial areas, economic development zones, Baton Rouge Airport property, and Louisiana Opportunity Zones data in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

The "Economic Construction Version Topographic Map Data File (with scales of 1:25,000, 1:50,000, and 1:100,000)" of this center was classified as category A data at the "Second meeting of the 105th Executive Yuan Open Data Consultation Group" and was revised and promulgated by Order No. 1051306149 issued by the Ministry of the Interior on July 26, 105, to amend and issue the "National Land Surveying and Mapping Results Data Fee Standards" Appendix 2 of Article 2, making the data available for free download and use. This data is the result of planning updates from 113 to 117.

The Brampton Economic Development Map is unique in that it is a ‘print only’ marketing piece. It is a two sided fold out that is visually appealing with detailed information on the city. The content is updated every two years as the city is growing at such a rate that there is a large change in street network and information over 2 years. The purpose of the map is to view the City of Brampton through a holistic, comprehensive, graphic piece that shows the geography of the city highlighting employment lands, infrastructure and amenities which are relevant to investors. The back of the map provides a detailed overview of Brampton’s value proposition that can be easily referred to.

A representation of the various programs the City offers to help with economic development. The Neighborhood Empowerment Zone and the Iturbide "IT" Street programs are managed by the Building Development Services Department. They provide incentives for new construction or renovations for projects located within the area. Please contact them for more information regarding requirements. The Downtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone is another program that is managed by the City Managers / Economic Development Offices. Please contact them for more information.

This data is used for the planning and management of Washington by local government agencies. To create economic development zones to assist in stimulating the expansion of commercial and industrial businesses, long-term employment, and homeownership in disadvantaged areas of the District and to amend the District of Columbia Real Property Tax Revision Act of 1974, An Act Relating to the levying and collecting of taxes and assessments, and for other purposes, An Act To provide for the abatement of nuisances in the District of Columbia by the Commissioners of said District, and for other purposes, the District of Columbia Public Works Act of 1954, the District of Columbia Income and Franchise Tax Act of 1947, and the Lower Income Home ownership Tax Abatement and Incentive Act of 1983 to make conforming amendments.

Data fields requiring description are detailed below.

APPLICATION TYPE: 'ISSUE' is the record associated with the initial license application. 'RENEW' is a subsequent renewal record. All renewal records are created with a term start date and term expiration date. 'C_LOC' is a change of location record. It means the business moved. 'C_CAPA' is a change of capacity record. Only a few license types my file this type of application. 'C_EXPA' only applies to businesses that have liquor licenses. It means the business location expanded.

LICENSE STATUS: 'AAI' means the license was issued.

Special Service Areas (SSA) boundaries in Chicago. The Special Service Area program is a mechanism used to fund expanded services and programs through a localized property tax levy within contiguous industrial, commercial and residential areas. The enhanced services and programs are in addition to services and programs currently provided through the city. SSA-funded projects could include, but are not limited to, security services, area marketing and advertising assistance, promotional activities such as parades and festivals, or any variety of small scale capital improvements that could be supported through a modest property tax levy. The data can be viewed on the Chicago Data Portal with a web browser. However, to view or use the files outside of a web browser, you will need to use compression software and special GIS software, such as ESRI ArcGIS (shapefile) or Google Earth (KML or KMZ).
