This table contains data on the psychosocial workload (PSA) of Dutch employees aged 15 to 75, by occupational level and occupational direction. The table presents figures on work pressure, independence at work, emotionally demanding work, psychological fatigue due to work and victimization at work. From the 2022 reporting year, the way in which data for the NEA is collected and processed differs in several respects from previous reporting years. As a result, the figures from 2022 may not be comparable in all cases with the figures up to and including 2021. More information is available in the study description of the NEA 2022 (see section 4). All figures are based on at least 100 observations. Data available from: 2014. Status of the figures: Figures in this table are final. Changes as of April 18, 2023: The annual figures for 2022 have been added. In 2022, a new topic 'determining work location' has been added in the folder 'Independence in work'. The question about victimization at work has also changed. These figures can be found in the new subject folder “Victimization at work (from 2022)”. Due to these changes, the figures on this subject from 2022 are not comparable with the figures from previous years (2014-2021). Figures on the old topic “Victimization at work (until 2022)” will no longer be supplemented from 2022. Finally, confidence intervals have been added to the table, and the minimum number of observations for publication has been changed from 200 to 100. Changes as of April 20, 2021 An improvement has been made to the naming of one subject. This will henceforth be referred to as 'Mental fatigue due to work'. Until 2021, this was still referred to as 'burn-out complaints'. Changes as of 31 July 2020 A change has been made to the Occupational Classification ROA-CBS 2014 (BRC2014). In the new version of the BRC2014, occupational group '0551 Managers n.d.' is no longer classified at occupational level 'unknown', but at occupational level 4. As a result, the outcomes of occupational level 'unknown' and occupational level 4 have changed for the years 2014 to 2018. Changes as of August 29, 2019 The figures belonging to the category 'occupational level unknown' were incorrect for 2014. For 2015 to 2017, these were wrongly reported as unknown, insufficiently reliable or secret. This has been corrected. When will new numbers come out? The figures for the previous year will be published in May.
