As part of the development of the biennium budget, the city commissions a community survey. The research purpose of the survey was to:•Explore general sentiment about the quality of life and the economy in Vancouver•Gauge residents’ sentiment around City services•Identify budget priorities for Vancouver residents•Understand general community values with an eye toward the City budgeting process•Compare all data collected to similar data from a 2022 surveyThe City hired DHM Research to conduct the survey, which was conducted from June 12 to 18 as one of the community touchpoints in the budget development process. The survey results can be viewed either in the crosstables or in the survey analysis and summary.
