INSPIRE Alternative Encoding documentation on GitHub is publicly available per the Implementing Rules on interoperability of spatial data sets and services (Commission Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010). These resources are provided as-is and are freely available.

    This feature class has been created to illustrate the buildings planimetric in 2015. This layer was clipped to only include buildings within the City of Miami Beach boundary.The process to create the buildings 3D models is explained in the ESRI documentation for the Local Government Scene template. The process to review and apply quality controls techniques to buildings 3D models is explained in the document "3D Building Creation Quality Control". Definition of particular fields in the Buildings Models 3D feature class: Source = {"L", "P"} where L = LiDAR, P = MDC PlanimetricBld_type = {"S", "L"} where S = Small Buildings, L = Large Buildings
