The dataset contains a point location, the official address (as defined by The Building Safety Division of Community Development) for all occupiable units and any other official addresses in the City. There are several additional attributes that may be populated for an address, but they may not be populated for every address. World Imagery provides one meter or better satellite and aerial imagery in many parts of the world and lower resolution satellite imagery worldwide. The map includes 15m TerraColor imagery at small and mid-scales (~1:591M down to ~1:72k) and 2.5m SPOT Imagery (~1:288k to ~1:72k) for the world. The map features 0.5m resolution imagery in the continental United States and parts of Western Europe from DigitalGlobe. Additional DigitalGlobe sub-meter imagery is featured in many parts of the world. In the United States, 1 meter or better resolution NAIP imagery is available in some areas. In other parts of the world, imagery at different resolutions has been contributed by the GIS User Community. In select communities, very high resolution imagery (down to 0.03m) is available down to ~1:280 scale. The California Natural Resources Agency’s Access for All Initiative and 30x30 set a goal of equitable access for all to the state’s natural and open spaces. This dashboard helps illustrate the current challenges and highlights opportunities.
The Access Explorer shows statewide measures of the population living within a half mile of any open space such as a park with public access contained within the Conserved Areas database, whether it meets the 30x30 definition of conserved or not.
You can then compare those measures to areas that meet the 30x30 definition or to the population overall.
The Access Explorer is a work in progress. Enhancements will be informed by an Outdoors for All roadmap due out in early 2023.

This map features recent high-resolution National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) imagery for the United States and is optimized for display quality and performance. The map also includes a reference layer.This NAIP imagery is from the USDA Farm Services Agency. The NAIP imagery in this layer has been visually enhanced and published as a tile layer for optimal display performance.NAIP imagery collection occurs on an annual basis during the agricultural growing season in the continental United States. Approximately half of the US is collected each year and each state is typically collected every other year. The NAIP program aims to make the imagery available to governmental agencies and to the public within a year of collection.This layer will be updated each year, as the latest imagery is received and processed. Currently, it is primarily composed of NAIP imagery from 2018 and 2019.Use the NAIP Imagery Metadata layer as an overlay to access detailed information about each image in this tile layer. Supermarkets are one of the most popular and convenient ways in which Americans gain access to healthy food, such as fresh meat and fish, or fresh fruits and vegetables. There are various ways in which people gain access to supermarkets. People in the suburbs drive to supermarkets and load up the car with many bags of food. People in cities depend much more on walking to the local store, or taking a bus or train.This map came about after asking a simple question: how many Americans live within a reasonable walk or drive to a supermarket?In this case, "reasonable" was defined as a 10 minute drive, or a 1 mile walk. The ArcGIS Network Analyst extension performed the calculations on NAVTEQ streets, and the ArcGIS Spatial Analyst extension created a heat map of the walkable access and drivable access to supermarkets.The green dots represent populations in poverty who live within one mile of a supermarket. The red dots represent populations in poverty who live beyond a one mile walk to a supermarket, but may live within a 10 minute drive...assuming they have access to a car. The grey dots represent the total population in a given area.This is an excellent map to use as backdrop to show how people are improving access to healthy food in their community. Open this map in ArcGIS Explorer to add your favorite farmers' market, CSA, or transit line -- then share that map via Facebook, Twitter or email.This map shows data for the entire U.S. The supermarkets included in the analysis have annual sales of $1 million or more. The Copernicus project's Sentinel satellites are revolutionizing earth observation (EO). Its free, full and open access to data with very short revisit times, high spatial resolution, and good spectral resolution are crucial for many applications. The portfolio of possible products is vast - use-cases of such a service range from plant health monitoring, land and water body change, flood monitoring, disaster mapping and more.However the current gap between Sentinel source data and its end-users is large: ESA's complex Scientific Data Hub raster files are compressed with JPEG2000 (13 raster filesfor each product, one per spectral band) terabytes of data per week additional processing requirementsTackling the data in an old-fashioned way - offering individual derivative products simply does not work anymore, the associated time and costs are large and defeat most of the major benefits of the Sentinel project. Our approach combines cloud-based GIS technologies, parallel processing and fully automated procedures. To support the fast developing EO field we provide tools directly to end-users. on-the-fly processing and visualization make it possible to build new products (e.g. vegetation indices and similar) in a matter of minutes.

In addition to data from the Landsat missions and a variety of other data providers, EE provides access to MODIS land data products from the NASA Terra and Aqua missions, and ASTER level-1B data products over the U.S. and Territories from the NASA ASTER mission. Integration options include service-based API's, databases, and anything else that stores data. The Trust for Public Land built a comprehensive database of local parks in the nearly 14,000 cities, towns, and communities. We used census-defined urban areas to define where to collect and create local data. For each municipality, geographic boundaries were obtained from the U.S. Census 2010 Places geospatial dataset. Associated population estimates are derived from ESRI’s 2018 Demographic Forecasts. We attempted to contact each municipality with a request for their parks data. If no GIS data was provided, we created GIS data for the place based on available resources, such as park information from municipal websites, GIS data available from counties and states, and satellite imagery.

Data is hosted by the Amazon Web Services as part of their Registry of Open Data.
