Dataset SummaryPlease note: this data is live (updated nightly) to reflect the latest changes in the City's systems of record.About the Data:For a data dictionary / codebook, click here. This dataset is a polygon feature layer with the boundaries of all tax parcels owned by the City of Rochester. This includes all public parks, and municipal buildings, as well as vacant land and structures currently owned by the City. The data includes fields with features about each property including property type, date of sale, whether the property is expected to be sold, land value, dimensions, and more.To view a interactive map that features this layer, please visit:https://maps.cityofrochester.gov/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=eecba714701449c69054851c9ac57198About City Owned Properties:The City's real estate inventory is managed by the Division of Real Estate in the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development. Properties like municipal buildings and parks are expected to be in long term ownership of the City. Properties such as vacant land and vacant structures are ones the City is actively seeking to reposition for redevelopment to increase the City's tax base and economic activity. The City acquires many of these properties through the tax foreclosure auction process when no private entity bids the minimum bid. Some of these properties stay in the City's ownership for years, while others are quickly sold to development partners. Download .zipThis analysis shows limitations for the application of sewage sludge to agricultural land. The criteria used in this analysis were based on Extension Service Bulletin 598. The following information was combined and is ranked in order of increasing severity or increasing difficulty of compensating for the limitation. 1) Less critical water related factors-controllable by varying the application time- flooding, depth to bedrock, permeability, texture. 2) Depth to seasonal high water table 3) Drainage 4) Proximity to surface water bodies 5) Slope 6) Land Use 7) pH (Soil Reaction) pH was treated separately in the analysis. Due to the large area with severe pH problems, it was treated as an overlay on the other factors. For all other factors, an area with a severe or moderate rating may have one or more less severe or moderate ratings associated with it. A detailed explanation of this type of analysis and the sludge application criteria can be found in the publication "Land Capability Analysis in Delaware County," available upon request.
This analysis is not meant to substitute for a detailed on-site investigation
Some or all of the coverages used in this analysis were digitized utilizing a run length encoding technique sampling along horizontal lines which represent the midline of cells with a height which could vary 165 - 250 ft. depending on the particular map digitized. The measurement increment along these horizontal lines was one decafoot ( 10 feet). These files have been converted to ARC/ INFO format.
The user should bear in mind that this coverage is only to an approximation of the original data.
Original coverage data was converted from the .e00 file to a more standard ESRI shapefile(s) in November 2014.Contact Information:GIS Support, ODNR GIS ServicesOhio Department of Natural ResourcesReal Estate & Land ManagementReal Estate and Lands Management2045 Morse Rd, Bldg I-2Columbus, OH, 43229Telephone: 614-265-6462Email: gis.support@dnr.ohio.gov
Parcel data from Fulton County for the most recent tax year. This layer can be used in software programs and apps so only the data layer needs to be updated instead of each individual program or app. Fulton Update Date attribute is the Last Updated Date from the Fulton County GIS Open Data site. From Fulton:This dataset represents the boundary of each parcel of land in Fulton County recorded for the purpose of aiding in the appraisal of real property and the determination of property tax. A parcel dataset is created each year in association with that year's tax digest. The parcel dataset for any given year is not considered final until the completion of the digest, which generally occurs around mid-year. Until the completion of the digest, the parcel dataset is considered to be a work in progress. Any necessary corrections and omissions may continue to be made even after the completion of the digest. The parcel dataset in its published form incorporates information from the CAMA (computer-aided mass appraisal) database. The CAMA information included with the published dataset is selected based on its value to the typical consumer of the data and includes the parcel identification number, the property address, property owner, owner's mailing address, tax district, assessed and appraised value for land and improvements, the number of livable units, acreage, property class and land use class.

This geospatial dataset depicts ownership patterns of forest land across Michigan, circa 2019. The data sources are listed below. The first seven sources of data supersede the final data source. The final data source is modeled from Forest Inventory and Analysis points from 2012-2017 and the most up-to-date publicly available boundaries of federal, state, and tribal lands.1.MI_State_Boundary_Census_Gov_2019.shp (State of MI boundary) clipped from cb_2019_us_state_500k from https://www.census.gov/geographies/mapping-files/time-series/geo/cartographic-boundary.html2.NPS_Land_Resources_Division_MI.shp clipped from NPS_-_Land_Resources_Division_Boundary_and_Tract_Data_Service-shp taken from https://public-nps.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/nps-land-resources-division-boundary-and-tract-data-service/data?layer=1Published December 12, 2019This service depicts National Park Service tract and boundary data that was created by the Land Resources Division. NPS Director's Order #25 states: "Land status maps will be prepared to identify the ownership of the lands within the authorized boundaries of the park unit. These maps, showing ownership and acreage, are the 'official record' of the acreage of Federal and non-federal lands within the park boundaries. While these maps are the official record of the lands and acreage within the unit's authorized boundaries, they are not of survey quality and not intended to be used for survey purposes." As such this data is intended for use as a tool for GIS analysis. It is in no way intended for engineering or legal purposes. The data accuracy is checked against best available sources which may be dated and vary by location. NPS assumes no liability for use of this data. The boundary polygons represent the current legislated boundary of a given NPS unit. NPS does not necessarily have full fee ownership or hold another interest (easement, right of way, etc...) in all parcels contained within this boundary. Equivalently NPS may own or have an interest in parcels outside the legislated boundary of a given unit. In order to obtain complete information about current NPS interests both inside and outside a unit’s legislated boundary tract level polygons are also created by NPS Land Resources Division and should be used in conjunction with this boundary data. The 2005 land use boundary data layer is an integral part of the planning data in the Lexington-Fayette-Urban County Government Geographic Information System. This information is used by the Division of Planning in case review, enforcement, and long range planning. GIS data layers are accessed by personnel in most LFUCG divisions for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production. This dataset is designed to represent the existing land use during 2005 within Lexington-Fayette County. The land use in the county is surveyed by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Planning as an initial step in reviewing the comprehensive plan. The dataset is created by dissolving parcels with same land use and utilization of street centerlines as edges. The data is in ESRI feature class format, but can be exported to any number of supported formats, including shapefile and dxf. The native projection for the data is Kentucky State Plane North (NAD83), but may have been reprojected for use in other applications.
