The publication of essential data is made mandatory by the Order of 14 April 2017, as amended by the Order of 27 July 2018. Thus, there is an obligation for French public buyers to publish the essential data of their public contracts on their buyer profile since October 1, 2018. The essential data make it possible to ensure compliance with the principle of transparency in public procurement.
