This map is a digital representation of the Willamette River Greenway setback for informational purposes only. On July 12,2023, the City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 20693 to implement the Willamette Greenway Code Amendments. The ordinance does not change the adopted Willamette River Greenway Boundary. The adopted setback is 100 feet from the Willamette River top of bank except for the following areas with a custom setback:Areas outside of the digital representation of the Adopted Willamette River Greenway (no setback)Properties with existing, adopted Willamette River Greenway setbacks according to the Willakenzie Area Plan, Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone, and Riverfront Park Special Area Zone.Instructions to navigate the map:Search for a specific location by entering an address or a 13-digit map and tax lot number into the search box in the top right corner of the map.Click the Legend tab in the top left corner to view the information available. New items will appear in the legend as they become visible. You may need to zoom in to view additional layers.Toggle information on and off by clicking Layers tab on the left side of the window and clicking on the eye icon next to a layer. If layers appear as a lighter gray color in the layers panel it means they are not viewable at that zoom level. They will automatically become visible as you zoom in.Click anywhere in the Urban Growth Boundary to view a popup of information about that point location in the info panel.
