    From 2019 to 2020, the source has identified various Facebook pages of the most popular or common media players (including print media, the national and regional press, radios, television,...), for hateful messages or comments. From more than ** thousand comments, most represented general aggression and insults between Internet users. In the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 crisis generated ** comments against non-civic behavior. Hate-filled comments against politicians, public personas, the media and journalists saw a decrease during 2019 before reaching a high in the first three months of 2020. In general the highest recording of hateful comments was achieved in Q4 2019, however, Q2 2020 has the second highest numbers when looking at generic display of aggression, politicians, public personas and media and journalists.

From 2019 to 2020, the source has identified various Facebook pages of the most popular or common media players (including print media, the national and regional press, radios, television,...), for hateful messages or comments.
