The National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) is Canada's public inventory of pollutant releases (to air, water and land), disposals and transfers for recycling. The files below contain a map of Canada showing the locations of all facilities that reported direct releases to land to the NPRI. The data are for the most recent reporting year, by reported total quantities of these releases. The map is available in both ESRI REST (to use with ARC GIS) and WMS (open source) formats. This has been demonstrated by events such as the Haiti earthquake and the Ebola epidemic in West Africa. As a result valuable time is wasted establishing accurate and accessible baseline data. Healthsites.io establishes this data and the tools necessary to upload, manage and make the data easily accessible. Global scope The Global Healthsites Mapping Project is an initiative to create an online map of every health facility in the world and make the details of each location easily accessible. Open data collaboration Through collaborations with users, trusted partners and OpenStreetMap the Global Healthsites Mapping Project will capture and validate the location and contact details of every facility and make this data freely available under an Open Data License (ODBL). Accessible The Global Healthsites Mapping Project will make the data accessible over the Internet through an API and other formats such as GeoJSON, Shapefile, KML, CSV. Focus on health care location data The Global Healthsites Mapping Project's design philosophy is the long term curation and validation of health care location data. The healthsites.io map will enable users to discover what healthcare facilities exist at any global location and the associated services and resources.

This online map displays facility sites in group or by facility types in separate layers: 1. All facility types in separate layers including tank, tank setting, pit, and pipeline layers. 2. Facility Group sites, each group has associated facilities that belong to the same operator. One group site may represent multiple facilities. 3. Facility Boundary layer digitized by CalGEM to show the areas that delineate approximately any equipment ancillary for oil and gas production or injection operations that are under the jurisdiction of CalGEM (CCR 1760).
CalGEM is the Geologic Energy Management Division of the California Department of Conservation, formerly the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (as of January 1, 2020).

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Center for Health Care Quality, Licensing and Certification (L&C) Program licenses and certifies more than 30 types of healthcare facilities. The Electronic Licensing Management System (ELMS) is a CDPH data system created to manage state licensing-related data and enforcement actions. This file includes California healthcare facilities that are operational and have a current license issued by the CDPH and/or a current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification.
To link the CDPH facility IDs with those from other Departments, like HCAI, please reference the "Licensed Facility Cross-Walk" Open Data table at https://data.chhs.ca.gov/dataset/licensed-facility-crosswalk. Facility geographic variables are updated monthly, if latitude/longitude information is missing at any point in time, it should be available when the next time the Open Data facility file is refreshed.
Please note that the file contains the data from ELMS as of the 11th business day of the month. See DATA_DATE variable for the specific date of when the data was extracted.
Points that represent significant facility locations in a community. Examples include schools, government facilities, stadiums, casinos, and fire stations. In some cases, there may be multiple FacilitySitePoints for a single FacilitySite polygon. Additional information about each Facility can be organized in to seperate tables and related to these locations using the FacilityID key. The feature classification and type schema for the facility sites grew out of work with the Department of Homeland Security's HSIP Program and has evolved to support a diverse set of facilities inventoried for a variety of uses by a local government.

This page provides data for the Facilities Conditions Index performance measure. Regular assessments of the condition of city facilities is important. An outcome of the assessments is the Facilities Condition Index (FCI). This index rates facilities based on current condition. The FCI indicates the ratio of assets repair costs to the replacement value of the entire building. The lower the FCI ratio, the better the condition of the building.This dataset provides the current FCI value for each city owned facility.
