The Lane Repurposing data uses the FDOT and PBC traffic count stations in conjuction with the MPO's Centerline to join to the mosst recent 3 years of AADT data. The traffic volume to capacity thresholds and peak hour traffic determine whether a roadway has the potential for a lane repurposing.
