These CSV files contains fields detailing property, tax, and value data maintained by various divisions within the Auditor's office. Documentation can be found in the documentation folder on the FTP site. This layer contains parcel boundaries and related attributes for parcels within Franklin County, Ohio. Condominium units are depicted as individual parcels. For attribute schema and geometry types please see our direct download site.

This feature layer is a general representation of annexations to the City of Columbus. It is not a legal record. This feature layer is updated throughout the annexations and detachment submission and approval process. Annexations and detachments to the City of Columbus are adopted by legislation approved by City Council and take effect upon recording within the appropriate County Recorder’s Office. This feature layer is a digitized representation of the process for annexation and detachment and is mapped based upon underlying parcel geography from the three County Auditor’s (Franklin, Fairfield, and Delaware) GIS parcel feature layers in which the City of Columbus currently resides.The City of Columbus makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of this mapping. It is provided as a general reference tool. User’s are advised to consult legal annexation records available within the various County Recorder’s Offices when attempting to determine the precise boundaries for the City of Columbus. This point layer contains properties that are registered with the Franklin County Auditor as rental properties. This is not an exhaustive list of rental properties, however it is all properties that are have an active rental registration on file with the Auditor's office. This layer is regenerated weekly. The parcel centroid values are utilized to create these points with condominium units being spatially accurate.

This street centerline layer contains attributes for address ranges. A cooperative agreement among local agencies within Franklin County allows entities to maintain one common road centerline file. The original file contains a six mile buffer outside of Franklin County in order to provide complete coverage to cities that extend outside of the county boundary. This service is limited to Franklin County only. The Franklin County portion of the file is part of the ODOT/OGRIP statewide LBRS program and is periodically incorporated into their system.

This layer contains municipal boundary polygons and related attributes. This layer is compiled by using the Auditor's annexation layer and is updated as new annexations are processed by the office.

This layer contains subdivision and condominium boundaries and related attributes within Franklin County. Common and legal name attributes are provided for each polygon and these conform to parcel boundaries and right-of-way layers.

This layer contains polygon features of buildings and other similar structures. This layer was developed and is maintained as part of the planimetric (base map) mapping conducted by the Auditor's office.

This layer contains appraisal neighborhood boundaries and related attributes within Franklin County. Appraisal Neighborhoods are defined by the appraisal department.

This point layer contains Property Transaction where a Sheriffs Deed (SH or SX) was filed as the latest instrument. This data is regenerated nightly based on the previous day's transactions. Only the latest instrument is utilized in the creation of this layer. The parcel centroid values are utilized to create these points with condominium units being spatially accurate.

This layer contains polygons showing annexations. It is updated as new annexations are processed by the office.

This layer contains county boundary polygons and related attributes for Franklin and surrounding counties.

This point layer contains properties that have an active Board of Revision Case filing since 2016. This layer is regenerated nightly based on the previous days' transactions and case status is updated regularly. The parcel centroid values are utilized to create these points with condominium units being spatially accurate.

This layer contains line features of railroads (active and inactive). This layer is derived from a number of sources including compilation from aerial photography and is part of the planimetric (base map) mapping conducted by the Auditor's office.

This layer contains school district boundary polygons and related attributes. This layer is compiled by using the Auditor's annexation layer and is updated as new annexations are processed by the office.

This layer contains elevation contours derived from 2011 OSIP LiDAR Collection. Twenty, Ten, Five, and Two foot contour intervals are available at various mapping scales for Franklin County and the entire City of Columbus.

This dataset contains municipal, school and other related administrative or jurisdictional boundaries in the ESRI Local Government Information Model format. Additional feature datasets have been added and include; Historic Districts; Historic Townships; Zip Codes. Data schemas have been adjusted to meet FCA requierments.
