    The Financial Transparency System (FTS) is an online public database of beneficiaries of funding from the EU budget implemented directly by the Commission (at Headquarters or in EU delegations to non-EU countries) and other EU bodies such as executive agencies ('direct management'), and beneficiaries of the European Development Fund. What can users find on this website? Citizens can access beneficiary details (such as name, VAT number, address, beneficiary type, etc.) as well as financial data (such as committed and consumed amounts, funding type, nature of expenditure, etc.) directly within the FTS Analyse webpage (https://ec.europa.eu/budget/financial-transparency-system/analysis.html) or download yearly datasets from the FTS Help Page (https://ec.europa.eu/budget/financial-transparency-system/help.html). The publication for any given year is added to the website in June of the following year.

    Le système de transparence financière (FTS) est une base de données publique en ligne sur les bénéficiaires d’un financement provenant du budget de l’UE mis en œuvre directement par la Commission (au siège ou dans les délégations de l’UE dans des pays tiers) et d’autres organes de l’UE tels que les agences exécutives («gestion directe») et les bénéficiaires du Fonds européen de développement. À compter de 2020, le FTS fournit des informations sur les dépenses de l’UE exécutées indirectement par d’autres organisations internationales ou des pays tiers («gestion indirecte»). Que peuvent trouver les utilisateurs sur ce site? Les citoyens peuvent accéder aux détails du bénéficiaire (tels que le nom, le numéro de TVA, l’adresse, le type de bénéficiaire, etc.) ainsi que des données financières (tels que les montants engagés et consommés, le type de financement, la nature des dépenses, etc.) directement dans la page Web de FTS Analyse (https://ec.europa.eu/budget/financial-transparency-system/analysis.html) ou télécharger des ensembles de données annuels à partir de la page d’aide FTS (https://ec.europa.eu/budget/financial-transparency-system/help.html).
