    Description

The gambling industry in Macao suffered from the outbreak of coronavirus in 2020. Macao's projected annual revenue from the gambling and gaming industry decreased from 260 billion to 49.8 billion Macao patacas. In 2019, Macao generated more than 292 billion Macao patacasof revenue from the gambling industry.

COVID-19 impacts on service sector in Macao Macao's economy has endured tremendous losses since the coronavirus lockdown in March 2020. Macao's service sector, which accounted for nearly 96 percent of GDP, tumbled as the government imposed travel restrictions, including a 14-day quarantine and a pause of issuing tourist visas. The number of inbound visitors to Macao in 2020 plunged by 85 percent compared to the year prior. Furthermore, the hotel industry also reported a year-on-year loss of 62 percent in occupancy rate. The road to recovery Macao's inbound tourism showed signs of rebounding as the travel ban was lifted. The daily number of visitors entering Macao increased from merely hundreds to around 21 thousands as of January 2021. Nevertheless, this number is hardly comparable to the number of visitors in Macao before the pandemic. Macao reported nearly 40 billion visitor arrivals in 2019 and about three million visitors in January 2020 alone, indicating that the road to a full recovery is still some time away.

    Description

Global casinos and online gambling businesses are still reeling from the aftereffects of the pandemic, with some rebounding swifter than others, depending on their country of operation and specialization. Sinking tourism rates, especially in 2020, left many casinos in dire straits, even if they could remain open in some capacity. Many have since reopened, welcoming eager tourists, but some, like those in Macau, continued experiencing operational delays related to the pandemic. As a result, though revenue began rebounding as early as 2021, revenue has grown at a CAGR of 0.5% over the past five years, reaching an estimated $305.8 billion in 2024, when revenue is expected to rise 4.7%. Companies focused on online gambling, or casino brands that invested heavily in the segment, were shielded from some of the volatility brought on by the pandemic. Regulations about online gambling remain in flux, but many countries eased restrictions, resulting in consumers gambling remotely, circumventing issues with travel. Online gambling's popularity also attracts consumers who typically would forgo visiting traditional casinos and opening new markets for certain businesses. The lower cost of running online gambling operations, relative to casinos, has enabled some to expand profit, but most are still recovering from lows experienced in 2020. Over the five years to 2029, global tourist arrivals will continue rising, following pandemic-era lows, benefitting casinos. As the global unemployment rate declines, more consumers will feel comfortable spending greater sums on vacations, opting for overseas travel and resort-style stays, often splurging on ancillary services, like entertainment options. Online gambling will grow in popularity, as consumers become increasingly trusting of such platforms, further aiding growth. Revenue is forecast to rise at a CAGR of 2.9% to $352.0 billion over the next five years.

    Description

The Gambling Behaviour Quarterly Telephone Survey produces overall official statistics estimates of gambling participation, prevalence of problem gambling and perceptions of gambling based on a set of questions commissioned by the Gambling Commission in a standalone telephone survey conducted by Yonder. The findings from the survey allow the Gambling Commission to make informed policy decisions and be the authoritative voice on gambling statistics.

The survey is conducted on a quarterly basis in March, June, September and December each year with approximately 1,000 interviews conducted per quarter. The sample is nationally representative (in terms of age, gender and region) of adults aged 16 and over. Each quarterly survey captures past four-week gambling behaviour and results are reported on a rolling year average of the four quarters in the year to reduce the effect of seasonal variations in gambling behaviour.

    Germany
    Description

The German gambling market is subject to very strict regulations, the primary aim of which is to protect players. Online gambling was still largely prohibited until July 2021 - however, as it is becoming increasingly attractive, more and more consumers have migrated to the illegal gambling market. As a result, the federal states lost out on tax revenue and gambling providers were also unable to utilise the industry's full revenue potential. Nevertheless, industry turnover stagnated between 2019 and 2024 and is expected to amount to 17.3 billion euros in the current year. This again corresponds to growth of 0.9% compared to the previous year, which is still attributable to the legalisation of online gambling. The development of industry turnover is influenced less by the income of private households and more by the development of jackpots and the amount of free time available to consumers. The gaming industry competes with numerous alternative leisure activities, among which consumers divide their income. Advancing digitalisation means that online offers are becoming increasingly popular, as they are easy and convenient to use. For a long time, Schleswig-Holstein was the only German federal state to issue licences to online providers. The licences were extended until the new State Treaty on Gambling came into force in 2021. With the introduction of the new State Treaty on Gambling, all providers of online gambling are now entitled to operate in the German market with a German licence under certain conditions. The Interstate Gambling Treaty was adopted by the state premiers on 12 March 2020 and came into force on 1 July 2021. It has brought numerous relaxations for the industry. The legalisation of online gambling in particular is likely to trigger extensive changes in the industry in the future. It can be assumed that this will counteract illegal gambling and generate more turnover in the authorised market. Over the next five years, industry turnover is expected to increase by an average of 0.8% per year, reaching 18.1 billion euros in 2029.

    3. Lucky 7 B

    Problem Example Game Lucky 7 A: 1) We only know Cards A to 6 = Low Card 7 = Tie Cards 8 to K = High

But we don't know the positions of the cards

    2) G_id is useless.

    3) In the game we can see the last 10 Game Results, and from that, we can create a probability model to predict the next game.

If you want Game Account: world 777 Note: I'm not promoting a Gambling site (The account is only for real-world testing and experience)

    Theoretical Solution - Game: Lucky 7 A Total Cards in Game: 416 (8 Deck) - - High Cards Probability (144/312 = 46%) Total High Cards = 6 in one color * 4 color = 24 cards in Deck (24 * 6 = 144) - - Low Cards Probability (144/312 = 46%) Total Low Cards = 6 in one color * 4 color = 24 cards in Deck (24 * 6 = 144) - - 7 Cards Probability (24/312 = 8%) Total High Cards = 1 in one color * 4 color = 4 cards in Deck (4 * 6 = 24)

Database Objective: Create an AI to predict the Next Game.
