    Description

The Coastal Areas Facilities Review Act (CAFRA) legislates land use within the coastal area. Thus the boundary of the area was delineated. This data, CAFRA_2 has been modified by the Pinelands commission and updates the boundary (from the Bureau of Tidelands 1988 boundary) to reflect 1993 modifications to CAFRA. CAFRA_2 was created by combining the following digital coverages: the CAFRA Boundary (CAFRA), the Pinelands Area Boundary (PA_BOUNDARY) and line segments digitized from quarter quad aerial photography (C1343, C1454, C1461, C1462, C1463). The CAFRA line segments were used for all sections outside the Pinelands Area. The CAFRA line segments were also used for sections of the south bound lane of the Garden State Parkway (GSP). The PA_BOUNDARY line segments were used for all sections where it coincided with CAFRA. The PA_BOUNDARY line segments were also used for the sections where it crossed over to the East side of the GSP in Burlington and Ocean Counties. C1343, C1454, C1461, C1462 and C1463 line segments were used to complete the updated Coastal Area Boundary as per the Coastal Area Review Act (CAFRA), N.J.S.A.13:19-1 et seq (as amended to July 19, 1993); connecting the line segments of the CAFRA Boundary to the line segments of the PA_BOUNDARY.The CAFRA line segments were given an item value of "old" in the .aat. The PA_BOUNDARY line segments were given an item value of "pine" in the .aat. C1343, C1454, C1461, C1462 and C1463 line segments were given an item value of "new" in the .aat.

    Description

Update information can be found within the layer’s attributes and in a table on the Utah Parcel Data webpage under Basic Parcels."Database containing parcel boundary, parcel identifier, parcel address, owner type, and county recorder contact information" - HB113. The intent of the bill was to not include any attributes that the counties rely on for data sales. If you want other attributes associated with the parcels you need to contact the county recorder.Users should be aware the owner type field 'OWN_TYPE' in the parcel polygons is a very generalized ownership type (Federal, Private, State, Tribal). It is populated with the value of the 'OWNER' field where the parcel's centroid intersects the CADASTRE.LandOwnership polygon layer. This dataset is a snapshot in time and may not be the most current. For the most current data contact the county recorder.
