The real estate register is managed in electronic form in the Official Property Registry Information System (ALKIS). This Web Feature Service enables the targeted download of geo-objects in ALKIS based on a search query (direct access download service). The service shall provide only the following geo-objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme defined in this product specification: Parcels including owners, buildings, actual uses, administrative units, cadastral districts. The service is designed for use in simple, practical GIS clients without complex functionalities.

The interoperable INSPIRE data set contains data from the state road authority on the counting station areas in the state of Brandenburg, transformed into the INSPIRE target schema StatisticalUnits Vector. The data set is made available via an interoperable display and download service. --- The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the counting areas in the state of Brandenburg from the State Office for Roads, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema StatisticalUnits Vector. The data set is provided via compliant view and download services.

The data set contains supraregional and regional priority waters for the fish-ecological continuity of Brandenburg’s flowing waters.

Within the Elbe River Basin Community (FGG) Elbe, supra-regional priority waters were initially identified in 2009, the continuity of which is vital, in particular for long distance migratory species, such as eel, sturgeon, salmon, sea trout, sea and river Neunauge, North Sea Schnäpel or Mayfish. The state of Brandenburg initially accounted for six waters. For the Oder area, however, such a supra-regional designation was not carried out at that time.

The selection and definition of additional regional priority waters for ecological continuity was subsequently carried out by the Brandenburg Environment Agency and was validated and supplemented by the Institute for Inland Fisheries (IfB) in particular with fish ecological requirements (2010) and subsequently published as a GIS dataset. Based on current fishing results regarding the occurrence of rheophilic species (Döbel, Hasel, Nine Eyes), this list has been extended by the IfB as part of Part IV of the Land Concept (2020). In the case of high fish volume or high number of species, the corresponding waters were added to the priority water list and database. These additions also made it necessary to update the digital GIS dataset of Brandenburg’s priority waters.

Das Amtliche Liegenschaftskatasterinformationssystem (ALKIS) enthält die Geobasisdaten der Liegenschaften. ALKIS vereint die bisher getrennt und mehrfach gespeicherten Daten des Automatisierten Liegenschaftsbuches (ALB) und der Automatisierten Liegenschaftskarte (ALK) in einem Datenmodell. Dies sind im Wesentlichen Objektbereiche wie Flurstücke, Gebäude, Flächen der tatsächlichen Nutzung, Flächen der Bodenschätzung und Eigentümer.Die Daten Stammen vom Geoportal Brandenburg und wurden heruntergeladen, umprojiziert und anschließend veröffentlicht.

Die Reliefkarte des Landes Brandenburg ist eine auf der Grundlage des Digitalen Geländemodells (DGM) hergestellte plastische Höhenansicht. Brandenburg gehört als Flächenland zum Norddeutschen Tiefland und weist wie dieses nur relativ geringe Höhenunterschiede auf. Die Höhen z.b. der Märkischen Schweiz oder die große Ebene des Oderbruchs treten hier, wie in keiner anderen Karte, deutlich als schattenplastisches Reliefbild hervor. Die Karte steht zur Verfügung in den Varianten: Reliefkarte I ohne Darstellung des Eisenbahnnetzes und Reliefkarte II mit Darstellung des Eisenbahnnetzes.

Der Datensatz enthält die dreidimensionalen Gebäudemodelle des Landes Brandenburg. Die Daten können in der Ausprägung Level of Detail 1 (LoD1) und Level of Detail 2 (LoD2) im Format CityGML bezogen werden, mit Einschränkungen hinsichtlich der Gebietsgröße auch als 3D-PDF. Die Auslieferung erfolgt im originären Bezugssystem ETRS89 (GRS80, UTM-Abbildung) bzw. im amtlichen Höhenbezugssystem DHHN2016. Die Grundrisse der abgegebenen Gebäude entsprechen genau den Gebäudeumringen, wie sie im Liegenschaftskataster nachgewiesen sind. Die Höhen (LoD1 und LoD2) und Dachformen (nur LoD2) stammen aus einer automatischen Stereo-Luftbild-Auswertung. In den Fällen, wo dies nicht möglich war, wurde auf LIDAR-Daten zurückgegriffen oder die Dächer wurden manuell modelliert. Die Bodenhöhe der Gebäude liegt innerhalb des jeweiligen Umrings auf dem tiefsten Punkt des DGM. Die Daten werden über automatisierte Verfahren oder durch Selbstentnahme kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Bei Nutzung der Daten sind die Lizenzbedingungen zu beachten.

Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe der rechtswirksamen sachlichen Teilregionalpläne im Land Brandenburg Derzeit sind folgende Pläne der Regionalen Planungsgemeinschaften enthalten: - Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe aus dem rechtswirksamen sachlichen Teilregionalplan "Gewinnung und Sicherung oberflächennaher Rohstoffe" der Region Lausitz-Spreewald vom 26.08.1998 - Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe des rechtswirksamen Regionalplanes "Rohstoffsicherung" der Region Prignitz-Oberhavel vom 28.11.2012 - Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe aus dem rechtswirksamen sachlichen Teilregionalplan "Gewinnung und Sicherung oberflächennaher Rohstoffe" der Region Lausitz-Spreewald vom 26.08.1998 - Vorrang- und Vorbehaltsgebiete der oberflächennahen Rohstoffe des rechtswirksamen Regionalplanes "Integrierter Regionalplan" der Region Uckermark-Barnim vom 23.10.2024 Die INSPIRE-relevante Umsetzung erfolgt über die Dienste der entsprechenden Regionalpläne.

Der vorliegende Dienst ermöglicht das gezielte Herunterladen von in ALKIS geführten Geo-Objekten auf Basis einer Suchanfrage (Direktzugriffs-Downloaddienst). Der Dienst stellt ausschließlich folgende Geo-Objekte beschränkt auf die wesentlichen Eigenschaften im Format eines vereinfachten Datenaustauschschemas bereit, das in dieser Produktspezifikation festgelegt ist: Flurstücke, Gebäude, Tatsächliche Nutzungen, Verwaltungseinheiten, Katasterbezirke. Der Dienst ist konzipiert zur Nutzung in einfachen praxisgängigen GIS-Clients ohne komplexe Funktionalitäten.

Die Hausumringe werden halbjährlich aus dem Datenbestand von ALKIS entnommen. Dazu werden die ALKIS-Objektarten AX_Gebaeude, AX_Turm, AX_BauwerkOderAnlageFuerIndustrieUndGewerbe, AX_VorratsbehaelterSpeicherbauwerk, AX_BauwerkOderAnlageFuerFreizeitUndErholung, AX_SonstigesBauwerkOderSonstigeEinrichtung ausgewertet und als 2D-Gebäudeumringe bereitgestellt. Der Datenbestand enthält keine unterirdischen Gebäude. Die Objekte besitzen als Attribut den AGS (8-stelliger Gemeindeschlüssel). Die Daten werden über automatisierte Verfahren oder durch Selbstentnahme kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Bei Nutzung der Daten sind die Lizenzbedingungen zu beachten.

Das Liegenschaftskataster wird in elektronischer Form im Amtlichen Liegenschaftskatasterinformationssystem (ALKIS) geführt. Der vorliegende Web Feature Service ermöglicht das gezielte Herunterladen von in ALKIS geführten Geo-Objekten auf Basis einer Suchanfrage (Direktzugriffs-Downloaddienst). Nicht betretbare Flächen sind Waldflächen mit einem Gefährdungspotential für Menschen, wie munitionsverseuchte Gebiete, in Setzung befindliche Aufschüttungen oder Ähnliches.
