    This map contains a dynamic traffic map service with capabilities for visualizing traffic speeds relative to free-flow speeds as well as traffic incidents which can be visualized and identified. The traffic data is updated every five minutes. Traffic speeds are displayed as a percentage of free-flow speeds, which is frequently the speed limit or how fast cars tend to travel when unencumbered by other vehicles.     The map layers in this service provide color-coded maps of the traffic conditions you can expect for the present time (the default). The map shows present traffic as a blend of live and typical information. Live speeds are used wherever available and are established from real-time sensor readings. Typical speeds come from a record of average speeds, which are collected over several weeks within the last year or so. Layers also show current incident locations where available. By changing the map time, the service can also provide past and future conditions. Live readings from sensors are saved for 12 hours, so setting the map time back within 12 hours allows you to see a actual recorded traffic speeds, supplemented with typical averages by default. SEO Optimized Optimizing a web site for search engines has many benefits but it is important not to overdo it. A good quality web site needs to have non-optimized content as well. This is my opinion and although some people may disagree it is a fact that over-optimization can sometimes generate the opposite results. The reason is that algorithms can sometimes interpret over-optimization as an attempt to game the system and they may take measures to prevent this from happening. Balance between content and ads It is not something bad for a website to have ads or promotions but these should not distract the users from finding the information they need. Speed A high quality website loads fast. A fast website will rank higher and create more conventions, sales and loyal readers. Social Social media changed our lives, the way we communicate but also the way we assess quality. It is expected for a good product to have good reviews, Facebook likes and Tweets. Before you make a decision to buy or not, you may examine these social factors as well. Likewise, It is also expected for a good website to be socially accepted and recognized i.e. have Facebook followers, RSS subscribers etc. User Engagement and Interaction Do users spend enough time on the site and read more than one pages before they leave? Do they interact with the content by adding comments, making suggestions, getting into conversations etc.? Better than the competition When you take a specific keyword, is your website better than your competitors? Does it deserve one of the top positions if judged without bias?

These images are available at sixty second intervals and are approximately 30-50KB in size. To access the images users will be required to have an access key.     After completing the registration form and receiving a confirmation email with a certificate number you will be able to access the camera images. To access a camera image you can access the URL http://traffic.ottawa.ca/opendata/camera with the following parameters:

    Camera number Certificate: The certificate string as supplied in the confirmation email. Id: User Id (optional).

    Note: City of Ottawa cameras have camera numbers less than 2000, and MTO cameras have camera numbers greater than 2000.

    Note: The Id is a string value assigned by your user to each user or instance of your application accessing the images. The Id must be alphanumeric characters [a-z, A-Z, 0-9]. A given user id for a given certificate may only access the cameras at intervals of at least 60 seconds.

    Acknowledgements

    This is collected from MyAnimeList.com Anime ID collected by web scrapping through the anime ranking pages to get mal_id followed by single page search for each collected ID.

    Fixes on Next update (Summer 2021):

    -The issue of "background" will be fixed. -"related" will be in dictionary format for easy processing. -Will upload separate filtered_anime_list.csv without NSFW hentai listings for people who needs a SFW list.

    This dataset was made as to store list of all anime and its metadata published on the site. If requested, Reviews and Score per user can be added to the dataset for collaborative filtering approach.     Average Daily Traffic (ADT) counts are analogous to a census count of vehicles on city streets. These counts provide a close approximation to the actual number of vehicles passing through a given location on an average weekday. The online platform has held the top spot as the most popular website since June 2010, when it pulled ahead of Yahoo into first place.
