    This file has been extracted from the LG_CivicAddress file, maintained by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. To be used in ArcGIS Online for display and searching purposes. The ADDRESSAGOL field was added to be used for ArcGIS Online searches, using the name of the township/municipality instead of the old geographic township names used for 9-1-1 purposes. Centrally maintained by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, address information is supplied by the member municipalities on an ongoing basis. The information presented may not be up to date. The most recent information is maintained at the Counties. Last updated: January 28, 2025.

    This dataset represents the results of a community led planning process to sustain the natural environment across the landscape. A collaborative team of individuals representing governments, stewardship councils, conservation organizations and private landowners worked together to identify and map natural heritage features and the connections between them. The data package includes:

    spatial data project reports presentation materials

    The data has been made available to inform and support:

    land use planning and resource management decision-making strategic priorities for stewardship and restoration projects priorities for conservation land acquisitions priorities for inventory programs and research projects

    Cet ensemble de données présente les résultats d’un processus de planification communautaire visant à soutenir l’environnement natural dans tout le paysage. Une équipe collaborative composée de représentants de gouvernements, de conseils d’intendance environnementale, d’organismes de conservation et de propriétaires privés a travaillé conjointement pour définir et cartographier les caractéristiques du patrimoine naturel et les liens qui les unissent. L’ensemble de données comprend :

    des données spatiales; des rapports de projets; des ressources pour exposés.

    Les données ont été rendues disponibles pour alimenter et soutenir :

    l’aménagement du territoire; la gestion des ressources; les projets d’intendance environnementale et de restauration; les priorités en matière d’acquisition de biens-fonds à des fins de conservation; les priorités en matière de programmes d’inventaires et de recherche.
