    This dataset contains spatial boundaries relating to the City of Perth Planning Scheme, Scheme Use Areas.Land within the City of Perth Planning Scheme Area is classified into one of the following Scheme Use Areas; City Centre, Residential, Residential/Commercial, Office/Residential, Town Centre, and Commercial.Note: Land zoned as a Metropolitan Region Scheme Reserve or City of Perth Scheme Reserve are not classified into Scheme Use Areas. This also applies to areas which are under the planning control of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority as well as Normalised Redevelopment Areas.The classification of land is shown on the Scheme Map as well as the relevant Precinct Plan.     This is the public layer for parking bay restrictions where parking bays have been exploded to ensure that each restriction on a bay is represented as a polygon.     This dataset contains a collection of ESRI geodatabases that hold hazard and impact data derived as part of the Severe Wind Hazard Assessment for Western Australia (2017-2020) project.

    There are separate geodatabases for each community examined in the project. Within each community, multiple TC scenarios were analysed for each community. The list of scenarios is included below.
