TwitterRepresents both land parcels and any tax accounts associated with them. In the case of condominiums and mobile homes, this can result in many taxlots being stacked on top of one another. This layer is used for property assessment and taxation purposes and is updated on a weekly basis. Please note that taxlot boundaries are not surveys and cannot be used to determine the location of property lines on the ground. This is a version of our original Taxlots layer that is intended for public use. All property owner-related information has been removed to ensure compliance with Washington State Law, RCW 46.52.070(8), and Washington State Office of the Attorney General opinion AGO 2019 No. 3. Anyone who needs to obtain the property owner name data must submit an email request to the Clark County Treasurer's Office (treasoff@clark.wa.gov) which specifies that they are requesting access to the property owner name data that are maintained by Clark County GIS.See Clark County Metadata Data source: ..\FGDB\dw_clark.gdb\TaxlotsPublic

TwitterA historical tabulation of selected tax return statistics by counties and other geographic areas reported every year by the Research Section at the Department of Revenue. Source data comes from Tables A through D in the "Returns by county, other states, and city" spreadsheet that accompanies every annual Personal Income Tax publication. Data are reported for all 36 Oregon counties as well as five areas outside Oregon, based on the mailing address on the return when it was filed. Clark County, Washington, is reported separately from the remainder of Washington because so many Clark County residents work in Portland. Idaho and California also have individual tables. Returns from all other states (and outside of the US) are grouped together as "Other". For full-year resident returns, Oregon AGI is the same as federal AGI. For part-year resident and nonresident returns, Oregon AGI is determined from Oregon sourced income and adjustments. Note that some rows have blank cells indicating that data has been omitted, often for disclosure reasons. See "data limitations" below.

TwitterThe US Census Blocks used for the 2020 decennial census in Clark County are the smallest geographic units used to summarize statistics from the 100-percent count of population on April 1, 2020. In Clark County, blocks may have a population as high as 2300, but on average, populated census blocks have around 90 people. (The median number is 49.)Attributes of census block areas report population by race, selected ethnic groups, and number of households. To protect privacy, the US Census has added inaccuracies to this dataset. So block-level data may be "fuzzy", but still useful for tasks such as redistricting. To find more about this, search the web on "US Census Differential Privacy."Census block boundaries usually follow fixed features such as roads.Census blocks are part of a "family" of summary areas. Census blocks are grouped into block groups, which are grouped into census tracts. As of October 2021, blocks only have basic population and race attributes. Additional attributes will be added in the near future.See Clark County Metadata

TwitterUses zoning regulations for City of Vancouver and Washington State related to zoning of cannabis retail and production facilities to create an interactive map showing properties within the City Limits that may potentially be available for application to be a site for marijuana-related business. Uses property information layers from Clark County GIS, business information data from the State of Washington Office of Finance, and regulations defined in City code to create layers found in the underlying map (of the same name). Layers used to determine areas of exclusion and availability are updated weekly. For more information, please seeRecreational and Medical Marijuana in Vancouver -The City of Vancouver, WA
