    Description

Users can browse the map interactively or search by lot ID or address. Available basemaps include aerial images, topographic contours, roads, town landmarks, conserved lands, and individual property boundaries. Overlays display landuse, zoning, flood, water resources, and soil characteristics in relation to neighborhoods or parcels. Integration with Google Street View offers enhanced views of the 2D map location. Other functionality includes map markup, printing, viewing the property record card, and links to official tax maps where available.NRPC's implementation of MapGeo dates back to 2013, however it is the decades of foundational GIS data development at NRPC and partner agencies that has enabled its success. NRPC refreshes the assessing data yearly; the map data is maintained in an ongoing manner.

    Description

This data set represents smoothed, 2-foot bare earth contours (isolines) for the Nashua (01070004) HUC 8 unit. It was derived from a data set which was compiled from LIDAR collections in NH available as of spring, 2019. The raster was filtered using the ArcGIS FOCAL STATISTICS tool with a 3x3 circular neighborhood. The contours were generated using the ArcGIS CONTOUR tool while applying a Z factor of 3.2808 to convert the elevation values from meters to feet. The filtered contours were then smoothed using the ArcGIS SMOOTH LINE tool. The data include an INDEX field with values of 10 and 100 to flag 10 and 100-foot contours. When viewed using this service, contours become visible at scales greater than 1:10,000.

    Description

These data were automated to provide an accurate high-resolution historical shoreline of Nashua to Welaka, FL suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. These data are derived from shoreline maps that were produced by the NOAA National Ocean Service including its predecessor agencies which were based on an office interpretation of imagery and/or field survey. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57. Description
The NPRC parcel datalayer contains property (land lot) boundaries and select attributes about each property. NRPC compiled this information over many years from various sources including original tax maps that were subsequently georeferenced and digitized by the Commission. As such, the data is suitable for tax assessment purposes but is not survey-quality.

The datalayer contains discrete, non-overlapping polygons. Non-contiguous lot areas are modelled as multi-part polygons. Public rights-of-way and water bodies are stored as non-numbered lots to void the creation of null voids in the parcel fabric. Parcels are edge-matched along town borders. Along the MA state border parcels conform to the Towns from Survey Points datalayer available from MassGIS; in most other cases the parcels are matched to the 1:24K town border datalayer (pba) derived from USGS topo maps and available from NH Granit. In cases where GIS parcel information did not conform to the USGS town boundary linework, NRPC interpreted tax map geography and dimensions and mapped parcel boundaries accordingly.

Over time, NRPC has maintained this database by monitoring the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds online database for recordings related to subdivisions, lot mergers, and lot line revisions. NRPC has maintained a very high match rate between the parcel database and corresponding assessing records. The cardinality between parcels and assessing records is 1:M. In some cases, the NRPC edit may precede the corresponding update on the municipal property record card. For this reason, some parcels may not yet have a matching assessing record, or the parcel attributes may not be exactly consistent with the assessing record.

Disclaimer: These data are an NRPC interpretation of original source maps and are appropriate for planning purposes; they should not be utilized where legal and surveyed property boundaries are required. The most current property information is on file within each respective City or Town. Edges between towns in this dataset are not authoritative delineations of town boundaries. Description

This GIS datalayer is based upon the NH Conserved/Public Lands attribute model published by NH Granit. In 2014 NRPC began with that statewide dataset and refined the geography of those parcels to coincide with the NRPC parcel dataset. From there, NRPC mapped approximately 400 additional conserved land trascts based upon input from the area's conservaton commissions. Using the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds online databse, the NRPC conducted extensive deed research to determine key attributes such as primary protection mechanism(s), managing agency, etc. NRPC publishes these data on maps and in its flagship online viewer. There is no systematic process for maintenance; rather, corrections and edits are made as they are reported by stakeholders. Disclaimer: This dataset is an NRPC interpretation of original source material and maps. Description

This public feature service is maintained for the Nashua Regional Planning Commission's (NRPC) member municipalities, their stakeholders, and the wider GIS community. The service contains the most frequently-requested, general-purpose GIS basemap datasets that are originated and maintained by NRPC. The service can be used by any software that can ingest an ESRI rest endpoint, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online.Edits to these datasets are made in NRPC's on-premise GIS database on an ongoing basis; online published data are refreshed weekly through an automatic script. This hosted feature view containing data specific to Litchfield, NH is a derivative of NRPC Open Data - All Communities feature service which is regional in nature; i.e., the geographic coverage includes the entire NRPC region. For convenience, NRPC has published community-specific hosted feature views for each of its 13-member communities. Non-GIS users are invited to browse the data in MapGeo, NRPC's interactive parcel viewer. Please contact Sara Siskavich, NRPC GIS Manager, with any questions.Data DownloadsUse the following links to download the data from this service in a variety of ESRI and open formats.Litchfield Town BoundaryLitchfield ParcelsLitchfield Trail Parking AreasLitchfield Public TrailsLitchfield Conserved LandLitchfield ZoningLitchfield CAMA (assessing data)
