Hawaii Statewide GIS Program projected to a common projection/datum (UTM Zone 4, NAD 83 HARN) and merged all counties' parcel data into one layer. Boundaries for State Land Use Districts of Oahu, including state land use designation. All land in Hawaii is classified as one of four types: Conservation, Agricultural, Urban, and Rural. However, there is no rural land use classification on Oahu. This data originated with the State but has been edited by the City and County of Honolulu to reflect land use changes pertinent to the Department of Planning and Permitting.
