Contains a range of producer price indexes. Firstly, economy-wide indexes are presented within a Stage of Production (SOP) framework, followed by a set of partial, stand-alone measures relating to specific industry sectors of the economy (selected manufacturing, construction, mining and service industries).

The enclosed archive holds all the datasets used in the INTREPPPID manuscript. See the INTREPPPID documentation for details on the format of the HDF5 files.
Files are organised as follows:
[FORMAT]/seed_[SEED]/[TAXON]/[DATASET_NAME].h5
Where:
FORMAT
is whether the HDF5 is in the RAPPPID or INTREPPPID format. SEED
is the random seed used to generate the dataset. They are all phone numbers found in songs.TAXON
is the NCBI Taxon ID of the organism from which the dataset was generatedDATASET_NAME
is the name of the dataset.
In the manuscript, we use the INTREPPPID format to train them model on Human data, and then test the model using datasets in the RAPPPID format. INTREPPPID can only be trained on datasets with orthology data, but can be tested on datasets without since the orthologous locality loss is only used during training.

The production price index (PPI) for construction materials and components in the United States decreased slightly in 2024. Up until 2020, construction prices had been rising fairly steadily. However, in the years after that construction producer prices have been very unstable. Production price index A PPI of 342 in 2022, indicates that the real-world price has risen by 242 percent in comparison to the base year - 1982 in this case. Similarly, under the same baseline, the PPI for construction machinery and equipment has also risen steadily until 2018. Like all prices, there are regional differences within the United States. The PPI acts as a measurement for the average changes in prices that domestic producers receive for their output. In the United States, the PPI is one of the oldest continuous statistical datasets published by the government. Common construction materials Some building materials are essential to construction work, and the decision on which to use is important for the life and the endurance of the building. Materials such as cement, steel, and sand are essential to many construction projects. The production of cement is tightly linked to the demand that comes from the construction industry. The durability and potency of steel gives it an advantage over wood and concrete, providing buildings with a higher resistance but a cheaper price tag. Sand is commonly used in buildings, but it is especially common in roads that require stones of various grades and granulation.

The Special Intervention Plan (PPI) is a local mechanism defined in France to protect people, property and the environment, to deal with the particular risks associated with the existence of one or more industrial installations. The term also refers to the document that defines the device. It shall define the means of rescue used and how they are managed in the event of an accident the consequences of which go beyond the enclosure of the risk installation concerned. These arrangements cover the phases of alerting, alerting and intervention, as well as civil security exercises carried out periodically to ensure proper ownership of the system. The special intervention plan, designed and drafted by the public authorities, forms part of the departmental ORSEC scheme. It interfaces with the emergency plans drawn up by the manufacturers responsible for the risks concerned.

Quarterly estimates monitoring the changes in prices charged for services provided to UK-based customers for a range of industries.
THIS RESOURCE IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Documented on September 23,2022. Integrated database of experiment data generated by participating research institutes and public databases relating to: 1) transcription starting position of human genes in the human genome, 2) conjunction to control region on transcriptional factors and the human genome 3) protein-protein interaction with a central focus on transcription factors organized for use in genome level research. Gene Search is the function to search the integrated database by using keywords and public IDs. The search results can be visualized by: * Genome Explorer : provides annotation of landmarks (genes, transcription start sites, etc.) aligned in accordance with their genome locations. * PPI Network : provides a graphical view of protein-protein interaction (PPI) network from the experimental data generated under the project and the public datasets. * Expression Profile : clusters genes by expression pattern and display the result with heatmap. The function provides genes which have relation of coregulation and anti-coregulation. * Comparison Viewer : This function gives the view to compare the genomic regions between human and mouse homologous genes. The viewer shows the distribution of transcription start sites (TSS) as the way of separable by tissues or time points with other landmarks on genome region. * Gene Stock : This is the function to save the gene list that you are interested until the session is closed.
