In this set of data are collected the homes for tourist use that have submitted the Declaration responsible for activity. Decree 79/2014, of 10 July, of the Governing Council, which regulates tourist apartments and tourist homes in the Community of Madrid, regulates that the activity of tourist accommodation is carried out on a regular basis from the moment the interested party is advertised by any means and presents the mandatory Declaration responsible for starting activity provided for in the Decree.

The information includes the basic data of each point, a description, its geoposition and postal address, as well as a set of photographs relating to each point.In the cases in which it applies, opening hours and access costs are offered if any. Information is provided in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
