    Description

Envestnet®| Yodlee®'s Online Purchase Data (Aggregate/Row) Panels consist of de-identified, near-real time (T+1) USA credit/debit/ACH transaction level data – offering a wide view of the consumer activity ecosystem. The underlying data is sourced from end users leveraging the aggregation portion of the Envestnet®| Yodlee®'s financial technology platform.

Envestnet | Yodlee Consumer Panels (Aggregate/Row) include data relating to millions of transactions, including ticket size and merchant location. The dataset includes de-identified credit/debit card and bank transactions (such as a payroll deposit, account transfer, or mortgage payment). Our coverage offers insights into areas such as consumer, TMT, energy, REITs, internet, utilities, ecommerce, MBS, CMBS, equities, credit, commodities, FX, and corporate activity. We apply rigorous data science practices to deliver key KPIs daily that are focused, relevant, and ready to put into production.

We offer free trials. Our team is available to provide support for loading, validation, sample scripts, or other services you may need to generate insights from our data.

Investors, corporate researchers, and corporates can use our data to answer some key business questions such as: - How much are consumers spending with specific merchants/brands and how is that changing over time? - Is the share of consumer spend at a specific merchant increasing or decreasing? - How are consumers reacting to new products or services launched by merchants? - For loyal customers, how is the share of spend changing over time? - What is the company’s market share in a region for similar customers? - Is the company’s loyal user base increasing or decreasing? - Is the lifetime customer value increasing or decreasing?

Additional Use Cases: - Use spending data to analyze sales/revenue broadly (sector-wide) or granular (company-specific). Historically, our tracked consumer spend has correlated above 85% with company-reported data from thousands of firms. Users can sort and filter by many metrics and KPIs, such as sales and transaction growth rates and online or offline transactions, as well as view customer behavior within a geographic market at a state or city level. - Reveal cohort consumer behavior to decipher long-term behavioral consumer spending shifts. Measure market share, wallet share, loyalty, consumer lifetime value, retention, demographics, and more.) - Study the effects of inflation rates via such metrics as increased total spend, ticket size, and number of transactions. - Seek out alpha-generating signals or manage your business strategically with essential, aggregated transaction and spending data analytics.

The Planning and …Show full descriptionThe Planning and Development Fund (the Fund) enables the strategic planning, design and delivery of quality public space that is essential to healthy, liveable communities. The Planning and Development Fund also provides grants to improve access to public open spaces. The Fund operates under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (the Act) and provides the means for open space and public realm investment across South Australia. Money paid into the Fund is derived from monetary payments in lieu of open space requirements for development involving the division of land into 20 or fewer allotments and also for strata and community titles. The Fund is expended in line with provisions within the Act and is administered by the Office for Design and Architecture SA within the Department for Trade and Investment. The Fund enables the South Australian Government to adopt a state-wide approach to strategically implement open space and public realm projects. While supporting the Minister for Planning to acquire, manage and develop land for open space, the Fund provides grant funding opportunities for local government through the Open Space Grant Program. ###Open Space Grant Program Access to quality public open space continues to be increasingly important to ensure South Australia remains liveable, healthy and sustainable, particularly in the context of increasing residential infill in existing neighbourhoods. During the Grant Program opening period, councils are encouraged to apply for grants, to assist with the purchase and enhancement of public open space, accessible to the community. The purpose of this data is to show the location of Planning and Development Fund investment. Description

Concept: Direct investment assets registers financial flows of external assets held by Brazilian residents when the institutional agents possess a relationship of control or strong influence between them. They are divided in equity and investment fund shares and intercompany lending. Equity and investment fund shares considers outflows of resources in currency or goods related to purchase/subscription/increase of whole or partial capital of non-resident corporations. Inflows relate to returns stemming from whole or partial disposal of capital of non-resident corporation and capital gains related to such disposal. They are divided in reinvested earnings and equity other than reinvested earnings. Intercompany operations comprise credits granted by the corporation headquarters in Brazil to its subsidiaries or branches established abroad. It also registers the granting of credit by the subsidiaries and branches abroad to their headquarters in Brazil (cross investment). Cross investment is a rectifying account of direct investment asset since it is an item of liability nature recorded in a group of the nature of an asset. Trade credits, direct loans and placement of securities, with no regard to maturity, are included. Loans granted between linked banks are not considered as being intercompany credits. They are debt instruments and are divided in transactions where a parent company in Brazil sends credits to its subsidiary abroad; subsidiray in Brazil sends credits to parent company abroad (reverse investment); and between fellow enterprises. Description

We track hiring activity and employees growth for all US public companies. For each company, we have a link to its Indeed, Glassdoor, and Linkedin profiles, which allows us to understand growth trends in real-time.

The main fields are the number of open job positions, headcount, and various employee ratings (diversity, salary satisfaction, etc.). The dataset has 1 year of history, and the data is updated daily.

This data gives answers to such questions as: - Which companies are most actively hiring right now? - Which companies had the most significant growth of employees over the past week/month/year? - Which companies have the highest rates from employees in terms of ESG, and which ones cannot retain an employee for more than a month?

Such data helps estimate the risks of long-term investing in shares and is valuable for Hedge Funds, M&A firms, and consulting companies.
