The Producer Price Index Revision-Current Series indexes reflect price movements for the net output of producers organized according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). The PC dataset is compatible with a wide assortment of NAICS-based economic time series including: productivity, production, employment, wages, and earnings. The PPI universe consists of the output of all industries in the goods-producing sectors of the U.S. economy- mining, manufacturing, agriculture, fishing, and forestry- as well as natural gas, electricity, onstruction, and goods competitive with those made in the producing sectors, such as waste and scrap materials. In addition, as of January 2011, the PPI program covered more than three-quarters of the service sector's output, publishing data for selected industries in the following industry sectors: wholesale and retail trade; transportation and warehousing; information; finance and insurance; real estate brokering, rental, and leasing; professional, scientific, and technical services; administrative, support, and waste management services; health care and social assistance; and accommodation.

According to our latest research, the Global HVAC KPIs for Service Level Agreements market size was valued at $2.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $5.1 billion by 2033, expanding at a robust CAGR of 8.4% during 2024–2033. One of the major factors propelling the growth of this market globally is the increasing demand for data-driven facility management, which is pushing HVAC service providers and end-users to adopt advanced key performance indicators (KPIs) for more transparent and accountable Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As organizations place greater emphasis on operational efficiency, energy management, and customer satisfaction, the deployment of actionable KPIs in HVAC contracts is becoming a critical differentiator, fostering market expansion and encouraging continuous innovation in both technology and service delivery models.
North America continues to dominate the HVAC KPIs for Service Level Agreements market, capturing the largest share of global revenues, estimated at over 38% in 2024. This leadership position can be attributed to the region’s mature HVAC infrastructure, early adoption of digital facility management tools, and stringent regulatory requirements surrounding building performance and energy efficiency. The United States, in particular, benefits from a high concentration of commercial and institutional buildings, where SLAs are standard practice and the use of advanced KPIs is well entrenched. Furthermore, a strong culture of service accountability and the presence of leading HVAC technology vendors have accelerated the integration of real-time performance analytics and cloud-based KPI monitoring platforms, solidifying North America's role as the benchmark market for both innovation and best practices in HVAC service management.
The Asia Pacific region is forecasted to be the fastest-growing market for HVAC KPIs for Service Level Agreements, with an impressive projected CAGR of 10.7% from 2024 to 2033. This growth is driven by rapid urbanization, massive investments in commercial real estate, and the modernization of industrial and institutional facilities across countries such as China, India, Japan, and Southeast Asian nations. As facility operators and building owners in these markets increasingly seek to optimize operational costs and enhance occupant comfort, the demand for transparent, KPI-driven SLAs is surging. Government initiatives promoting energy efficiency and smart city development are further catalyzing the adoption of advanced HVAC monitoring and analytics solutions, positioning Asia Pacific as a key engine of future market expansion.
Emerging economies in Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa are witnessing a gradual but steady uptake of HVAC KPIs for Service Level Agreements, though adoption rates remain below global averages due to infrastructural and economic challenges. In these regions, localized demand is often shaped by climate extremes, evolving regulatory standards, and the need for efficient resource utilization. However, barriers such as limited access to advanced technologies, a shortage of skilled service providers, and fragmented policy implementation can slow the pace of KPI integration into SLAs. Despite these challenges, growing awareness of the benefits of preventive maintenance, coupled with increased foreign investment in commercial and industrial infrastructure, is expected to gradually drive market penetration over the forecast period.
