    Description

    ■Purpose and Overview of Recruitment The purpose of this project is to support initiatives to provide a place for telework at accommodation facilities in Tokyo, and to promote the expansion and establishment of telework by subsidizing part of the costs required for such initiatives.

    ■ Persons eligible for assistance Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and sole proprietorship accommodation operators that operate accommodation facilities in Tokyo that meet the following conditions * Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises refers to persons in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises as stipulated in Article 2 of the Basic Law for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Law No. 154 of 1963).

    (1) Operates a private accommodation facility licensed under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Hotel Business Act (Act No. 138 of 1948) and doing business under Article 2, Paragraph 2 or 3 of the same Act. (2) The facility is not engaged in "store-type sexual entertainment special business" prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business, etc. (Act No. 122 of 1948), or any other facility similar thereto. (3) The facility must be registered with HOTEL WORK TOKYO (https://www.hotelwork.tokyo/), a website that introduces accommodation facilities in Tokyo where telework can be done, and the telework plan provided by HOTEL WORK TOKYO must be published or planned to be published. * The release schedule means that the telework plan must be released and released before the performance report. * Telework plans must clearly indicate that they are intended to be used for business purposes.

    ■ Subsidy costs Facility renovation costs, appliance purchase costs, etc. required to provide guest rooms, lounges, etc. in the facility as a place for teleworking * Subsidy is limited to those directly necessary for teleworking. * appliance must be purchased at a unit price of 1,000 JPY or more and less than 100,000 JPY. * Versatile appliance must have features suitable for telework identified in the manufacturer's or vendor's catalog.

    ■ Subsidy Rate/Maximum Subsidy Amount Subsidy Rate: Up to 2 3/3 of the subsidy amount (rounded down to the nearest 1000 JPY) Subsidy Limit: 500,000 JPY

    ■ Offer Period From Monday, April 1, 2024 to Friday, December 27, 2024 * grant Applications will not be accepted until budget for grants amount is reached.

    Description

    ■Purpose The purpose of the Incentive Funds for Strengthening Telework Settlement (hereinafter referred to as "Incentive Funds") is to promote the retention of telework by encouraging mid-level employees in Tokyo, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc., who have implemented initiatives to establish new "Telework Rules" after COVID-19, based on the needs of employees, management, etc.

    ■ Business Overview In order to promote the consolidation of telework among mid-sized companies in Tokyo, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc., we will provide incentives to companies that have investigated, considered, tried, and disseminated the post-COVID-19 "Telework Rules" (our best balance) based on employee needs and operational issues.

    ■ Main Requirements for Employers Eligible for Benefits ・ Employers must employ no more than 999 workers on a regular basis. The company operates a business in ・ and employs 2 or more workers who work in Tokyo. Among full-time employees working in ・, 1 must have been employed continuously for at least 6 months as of the application date. Have created ・ Telework Rules (Companies, etc. in which full-time employees who are obliged to prepare and submit work rules are from 10 or more have submitted a notification to the Labor Standards Inspection Office.). Have registered for the Tokyo Telework Rules Corporate Declaration, which is implemented by ・ Metropolitan Government, and made an advance entry for this financial incentive on My Page.     Description

    ■Objective To promote the retention of telework by encouraging mid-sized companies in Tokyo, such as Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, to introduce satellite office work and have their employees practice it.

    ■ Business Overview A new provision will be made to allow mid-sized companies in Tokyo, such as Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, to work in satellite offices and provide incentives for employees who do so.

    ■ Main Requirements for Employers ・ Employers must employ no more than 999 full-time workers. Employees who work in ・ are from 2 or more. Regular employees in ・ who are from 1 must have been employed continuously for at least 6 months as of the application date. The company has prepared employment rules for ・ and submitted them to the Labor Standards Inspection Office (excluding companies, etc., where the number of regular employees is less than 10). There is no provision for working in satellite offices as of the date of application for ・ payment. Establish new regulations to enable employees to work in satellite offices in ・. *You need to submit the work rules to the Labor Standards Inspection Office before submitting the performance report. (including business establishments whose regular employees are 10 less than Japanese) By the time ・ Performance Report is submitted, the company must have registered with the "Corporate Declaration for Implementing the Tokyo Telework Rules (external site)" program implemented by Tokyo, and a written declaration indicating the establishment of a telework promotion leader must be published on its website.
