The data was created by as a subset of the Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator's Real Estate Master File, by reviewing parcel ownership information contained in this data. Feature attributes indicate specific owner, area of the parcel, and if applicable, the Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator assessed values.
