Lot lines delineate the boundary of a lot or lots within a tax parcel. Most lot lines were digitized from record information using bearing and distance (recorded subdivision plats and recorded deeds). Some were scanned from recorded plat mylars. Lot polygons delineate the boundary of a lot or lots within a tax parcel. Currently, these exist only for the City of Seward.

The Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) Database depicts flood risk Information And supporting data used to develop the risk data. The primary risk; classificatons used are the 1-percent-annual-chance flood event, the 0.2-percent- annual-chance flood event, and areas of minimal flood risk. The DFIRM Database is derived from Flood Insurance Studies (FISs), previously published Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), flood hazard analyses performed in support of the FISs and FIRMs, and new mapping data, where available. The FISs and FIRMs are published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The file is georeferenced to earth's surface using the UTM projection and coordinate system. The specifications for the horizontal control of DFIRM data files are consistent with those required for mapping at a scale of 1:12,000.

KPB Condominiums depicts condominiums approved via the Kenai Peninsula Borough Platting process. Attributes include condominium parcel ID (parent parcel ID plus "CO01", etc), floor level and unit ID.

This feature service shows parcels involved in the proposed U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service/CIRI land exchange within and adjacent to Kenai National Wildlife Refuge in the state of Alaska. It shows the following:1) CIRI-owned parcels that were originally proposed for exchange in 2018.2) All the parcels of land within and adjacent to Kenai NWR that have been acquired by FWS as of August 8, 2024.3) CIRI-owned parcels that are still proposed to be exchanged as of August 8, 2024. These parcels have been identified by FWS as FWS tract numbers 46, 46a, 46b, 46c, 46d, and 46e, totaling 4,288.02 acres.This proposed land exchange is tentative and subject of change.

PDF Map of FCC Form 477 provider reported maximum download speeds by census block for January - June 2020. This map seeks to highlight areas that are undeserved by terrestrial broadband (fiber/cable/dsl on the ground), with "underserved" defined as down/up speeds less than 25/3 Mbps.These data represent a static snapshot of provider reported coverage between January 2020 and June 2020. Maps also depict the locations of federally recognized tribes, Alaskan communities, ANCSA and borough boundaries.Broadband coverage is represented using provider reported speeds under the FCC Form 477 the amalgamated broadband speed measurement category based on Form 477 "All Terrestrial Broadband" as a proxy for coverage. This field is unique to the NBAM platform. These maps do not include satellite internet coverage (and may not include microwave coverage through the TERRA network for all connected areas).This map was produced by DCRA using data provided by NTIA through the NBAM platform as part of a joint data sharing agreement undertaken in the year 2021.
