King County Real Property. Parcels owned by King County for the multiple category types, and the following use codes: County Used, Financial Investment, Interim Holdings, Social Investment, Surplus. Includes assessed value and acquisition dates.
KC streets derived from the cadastral database where lines represent the mid-point of the parcel right-of-way. Because it's parcel based, lines will not always align with the ortho photos. A feature in ST_ADDRESS should exist if there is a property with a valid address. A property such as an apartment or condo complex may have many streets within the property but only one street will be shown in ST_ADDRESS, containing the site address. Use TRANS_NETWORK when the lines should more closely match the ortho photos.
A parcel based layer providing an address based on spatial overlay where available, and a range of other property related attributes. To produce PARCEL_ADDRESS_AREA , PARCEL_AREA is spatially joined to ADDRESS_POINT to obtain address attributes, KROLLIDX_AREA to obtain a Kroll page reference, INTRMPAA_AREA to obtain potential annexation area attributes, and PLSS_AREA to obtain section-township-range. It is also joined on PIN to RPACCT_EXTR, PARCEL_EXTR, CONDOCOMPLEX_EXTR, and CONDOUNIT_EXTR to obtain property and assessment related attributes from the KC Assessor office. In many cases multiple addresses are spatially coincident with one parcel, and in those cases only one arbitrarily selected address is used to populate the address attribute information.
Land properties, mostly parcels, where King County Parks and Recreation Division has ownership, management, easement or other interests.
The Washington State Open Space Taxation Act allows properties to be valued at their current use rather than their highest and best use. This dataset includes parcels assessed for current use as Farm and Agricultural Land and are used for the production of livestock or agricultural commodities for commercial purposes. The financial requirements are dependent on the size of the land and the gross annual revenue received for the land for three out of the past five years. This program is administered by the King County Assessor's Office.
This layer is a component of King County Farmland Preservation Program Properties.
A Farmland Preservation Program (FPP) parcels map layer displayed in conjunction with other map layers that also represent land preservation incentive programs: Public Benefit Rating System (PBRS) and the Timber Land Current Use parcels, Farm and Agricultural Current Use parcels, and Forest Current Use parcels.

This layer shows the Rights of Way polygons as they are represented in the King County Parcel layer. The polygons in this layer are generated from the ROAD and RDNA coding in the parcel layer. This layer is for cartographic use and not intended to reflect the official designation of a road for transportation purposes. Polygons in this layer are not tax parcels.
This layer represents the tax parcels in King County. This layer also includes place-holder polygons which do not represent tax parcels but are included to identify platted and unplatted land descriptions. The layer includes stacked polygon geometry for undivided interest and vertical parcels. King County parcel numbers may include leading zeros in PIN, Major or Minor. The data is created for Assessment purposes and is not guaranteed to represent accurate measurements or to reflect salability or buildability of a tax parcel. These tax parcel boundaries represent general location only, and they should not be considered or used as the exact legal parcel boundary location. Do not use for survey purposes.

Zoning boundaries have been adjusted to line up with King County Assessor parcel lines that were improved in 2006 and 2007. Slivers and gaps will appear if this zoning layer is overlaid with historical zoning layers. The geometry of this data derives from KC parcel data which is updated quarterly. Then it was intersected with the existing zoning data to trasfer the attribute.Incorporated in February 1990, the City of SeaTac is located in the Pacific Northwest, approximately midway between the cities of Seattle and Tacoma in the State of Washington. SeaTac is a vibrant community, economically strong, environmentally sensitive, and people-oriented. This dataset includes the listing prices for the sale of properties (mostly houses) in Ontario. They are obtained for a short period of time in July 2016 and include the following fields: Price in dollars Address of the property Latitude and Longitude of the address obtained by using Google Geocoding service Area Name of the property obtained by using Google Geocoding service This dataset will provide a good starting point for analyzing the inflated housing market in Canada although it does not include time related information. Initially, it is intended to draw an enhanced interactive heatmap of the house prices for different neighborhoods (areas) However, if there is enough interest, there will be more information added as newer versions to this dataset. Some of those information will include more details on the property as well as time related information on the price (changes). This is a somehow related articles about the real estate prices in Ontario: http://www.canadianbusiness.com/blogs-and-comment/check-out-this-heat-map-of-toronto-real-estate-prices/ I am also inspired by this dataset which was provided for King County https://www.kaggle.com/harlfoxem/housesalesprediction
The purpose of this project is to find, count and map onsite septic system (OSS) served parcels in King County. Additionally, sewer connected parcels were also identified to exclude them from expected OSS parcels. The starting base layer was a parcel layer for all of King County (Plibrary.PROPERTY.parcel_area) from about September of 2015. The parcel base layer was updated in 2020. Project staff used various means to identify and catalogue sewer connected, OSS served, vacant and other identified parcels for all of King County.
Development Conditions. Property specific land use regulations that apply conditions to permited development over and above the zoning designations that can be found in the Zoning layer.due to unique circumstances on the property. This layer is an agregation of the former p-suffix, special district overlay, and demonstration project area layers.

It is derived from the E 9-1-1 address layer which was created with the intention of assisting emergency responders locate 9-1-1 wireless callers more efficiently. Address points with the site type: ED (Dry Hydrant), EH (Hydrant), ET(Public Telephone) are not included. The layer is overlayed with the Washington County polygon layer and the King County parcel layer. The layer is joined with KCZipcode table to bring in the USPS Zip+4 data fields. The layer is joined with King County Assessor tables to identify primary addresses for each parcel.
Dashboard showing the residential housing unit characteristics across the City of Seattle. Data is from the King County Assessor Office and is compiled by the City of Seattle planning office.King County Assessor (KCA) data has been compiled to create a dataset of unit types and sizes by tax parcel identification number (PIN). City of Seattle spatial overlay data has been assigned through geographic overlay processes. This data is updated periodically and is used to support the analytical and reporting functions of the City of Seattle long-range and policy planning office. The map includes attribute data from the King County Assessor tables that characterize the use, number of units, number of bedrooms and building square footage (net) for all buildings that indicate a residential use. Due to the way KCA reports the data, some records are for all units within individual buildings (residential and commercial building records), while other records are for the combination of unit type and number of bedrooms (apartment and condominium records) on a particular property (called complex in the table). Therefore there may be many records for any given PIN.Some unit counts and type assignments have been imputed based on other data to allow characterization of the complete data set. Other fields have been added to aid in classification for planning purposes such as the complex category. Every effort is made to characterize the data accurately. Spatial overlay data for various City of Seattle reporting geographies are assigned as "majority rules" by land area in cases where multiple geographies span a single tax parcel.KCA tax parcels are created by King County for property tax assessment and collection and may not match development sites as defined by the City of Seattle (single buildings may span multiple tax parcels), may be stacked on top of each other to represent undivided interest and vertical parcels, or may be made up of several sites that are not contiguous. Attributes include parcel centroid locations in latitude/longitude and Washington State Plane X,Y. To get polygon representation of the data please see King County's open data page for parcels and join this table through the PIN field. Please be aware that the King County Assessor site address is not a postal address and may not match other address sources for the same property such as postal, utility billing, and permitting.See the detailed data dictionary for more information.
Parcels within the Farmland Preservation Program for which the development rights have been sold and the property is restricted to agricultural use.
The Comprehensive Plan designates Forest Production Districts where the primary use should be commercial forestry. Lands within the Forest Production District shall remain in large parcels and in ownership conducive to forestry. This is related to complu and uses parcel boundaries.
Contains farm boundaries containing one or more parcels within the Farmland Preservation Program with the same farm number for which the development rights have been sold and the property is restricted to agricultural use.
This layer contains details about access to open space in King County. This digital document has been developed for the Determinant of Equity - Parks and Natural Resources presentation. It includes information about Access to Open Green Space equity indicator. Fields describe the total population (Total Pop), number of people who live within 1/4 mile for urban areas 2 miles for rural areas of a green space (Quarter_and_2mi_WithinPop), and the percentage of people who live within 1/4 mile for urban areas 2 miles for rural areas of a green space (Percent_Quarter_or_2mile).
The data was compiled by King County GIS Center. The current Urban Growth Area/Boundary from the Comprehensive Plan was used to determine whether a residence (address point used as a population point) was considered urban (with criteria within ¼ mile of an open space) or rural (with criteria within 2 miles of an open space). Open space was defined by the countywide PARK layer and any other areas within the PSRC Open Space layer that were not already included in the PARK layer. In this analysis, a vacant, brush covered lot with no way to tell it is owned by a parks department has the same value as a developed park with ball fields and play areas. Regional Trails are also included as open space, when the surrounding property is publicly owned. A traditional buffer is used for this open space analysis, because to do a network analysis would require the location of road access points for all 1400+ parks in King County. While a network analysis would be more accurate, this is less of a difference in urban areas with highly developed road networks that make road access to a park more direct. For more information about King County's equity efforts, please see:Equity, Racial & Social Justice VisionOrdinance 16948 describing the determinates of equityDeterminants of Equity and Data Tool
