This layer contains 2024 parcel data only for NY State counties which gave NYS ITs Geospatatial Services permission to share this data with the public. Work to obtain parcel data from additional counties, as well as permission to share the data, is ongoing. To date, 36 counties have provided the Geospatial Services permission to share their parcel data with the public. Parcel data for counties which do not allow the Geospatial Services to redistribute their data must be obtained directly from those counties. Geospatial Services' goal is to eventually include parcel data for all counties in New York State.
Parcel geometry was incorporated as received from County Real Property Departments. No attempt was made to edge-match parcels along adjacent counties. County attribute values were populated using 2024 Assessment Roll tabular data Geospatial Services obtained from the NYS Department of Tax and Finance’s Office of Real Property Tax Services (ORPTS). Tabular assessment data was joined to the county provided parcel geometry using the SWIS & SBL or SWIS & PRINT KEY unique identifier for each parcel.

The original target was to collect data for the close of the 2013 fiscal year. As the collection progressed, it became clear that holding to that time standard was not practical. Out of expediency, the date requirement was relaxed, and the currently available dataset was collected for a majority of the counties. Most of these were distributed with minimal metadata.The table “ParcelInfo” includes the data that the data came into our possession, and our best estimate of the last time the parcel dataset was updated by the original source. Data sets listed as “Downloaded from” were downloaded from a publicly accessible web or FTP site from the county. Other data sets were provided directly to us by the county, though many of them may also be available for direct download. Â These data have been reprojected to California Albers NAD84, but have not been checked for topology, or aligned to county boundaries in any way. Tulare County’s dataset arrived with an undefined projection and was identified as being California State Plane NAD83 (US Feet) and was assigned by ICE as that projection prior to reprojection. Kings County’s dataset was delivered as individual shapefiles for each of the 50 assessor’s books maintained at the county. These were merged to a single feature class prior to importing to the database.The attribute tables were standardized and truncated to include only a PARNO (APN). The format of these fields has been left identical to the original dataset. The Data Interoperablity Extension ETL tool used in this process is included in the zip file. Where provided by the original data sources, metadata for the original data has been maintained. To produce PARCEL_ADDRESS_AREA , PARCEL_AREA is spatially joined to ADDRESS_POINT to obtain address attributes, KROLLIDX_AREA to obtain a Kroll page reference, INTRMPAA_AREA to obtain potential annexation area attributes, and PLSS_AREA to obtain section-township-range. It is also joined on PIN to RPACCT_EXTR, PARCEL_EXTR, CONDOCOMPLEX_EXTR, and CONDOUNIT_EXTR to obtain property and assessment related attributes from the KC Assessor office. In many cases multiple addresses are spatially coincident with one parcel, and in those cases only one arbitrarily selected address is used to populate the address attribute information.

The data was compiled from existing zoning information and King County parcel data.To implement the SeaTac Comprehensive Plan's policies and objectives and the goals of the State Growth Management Act (GMA); To protect health, safety, and general welfare; To provide for the economic, social, and aesthetic advantages of orderly development and redevelopment through harmonious groupings of compatible and complementary land uses and the application of appropriate development standards; To provide for adequate public facilities and services in conjunction with development; To ensure public safety by restricting development of lands containing physical hazards and to minimize the adverse environmental impacts of development; and To ensure that land use decisions are made in accordance with the public interest and applicable laws of the State of Washington, including the Growth Management Act and subsequent amendments (Ord. 92-1041 --1)Updates to Zoning were made per Ordinance 18-1005, data was updated 3/28/2018.Updates to the Zoning were made per ORD17-1022, data was updated December 2017.Last amended in December 2015.The change to Angle Lake District Area Boundary was adopted on July 9th, 2015 (Ord. 15-1010).UL-5000 was changed to High Density Single Family Overlay Zone (HDS-OZ) on Nov 10, 2015.Segale properties were rezoned to UH-900 on Dec 8, 2015.Pursuant to Article XI, Section 11 of Washington State Constitution (Ord. 92-1041 -- 1). Zoning boundaries have been adjusted to line up with King County Assessor parcel lines that were improved in 2006 and 2007. Slivers and gaps will appear if this zoning layer is overlaid with historical zoning layers. The geometry of this data derives from KC parcel data which is updated quarterly. Then it was intersected with the existing zoning data to trasfer the attribute.Incorporated in February 1990, the City of SeaTac is located in the Pacific Northwest, approximately midway between the cities of Seattle and Tacoma in the State of Washington. SeaTac is a vibrant community, economically strong, environmentally sensitive, and people-oriented. The City boundaries surround the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, (approximately 3 square miles in area) which is owned and operated by the Port of Seattle. The Leafline Trails Network map displays the routes of regionally significant off-road, multi-purpose trails within King County. Numerous trail-user amenities are also shown on the map, such as public parking at trailheads and along the trail routes, nearby transit facilities, restrooms, and public parks. Highways, arterial streets, cities, and major landmarks are identified for easy location of trails and for general reference.The reverse side of the map includes a colorful description in text and photographs of the special characteristics of many of the primary regional trails. Additional text about the Leafline Trails Network is provided to enhance users' access to and enjoyment of the wealth of recreational opportunities provided by the Leafline Regional Trails in King County.

TwitterThis web map displays data from the voter registration database as the percent of registered voters by census tract in King County, Washington. The data for this web map is compiled from King County Elections voter registration data for the years 2013-2019. The total number of registered voters is based on the geo-location of the voter's registered address at the time of the general election for each year. The eligible voting population, age 18 and over, is based on the estimated population increase from the US Census Bureau and the Washington Office of Financial Management and was calculated as a projected 6 percent population increase for the years 2010-2013, 7 percent population increase for the years 2010-2014, 9 percent population increase for the years 2010-2015, 11 percent population increase for the years 2010-2016 & 2017, 14 percent population increase for the years 2010-2018 and 17 percent population increase for the years 2010-2019. The total population 18 and over in 2010 was 1,517,747 in King County, Washington. The percentage of registered voters represents the number of people who are registered to vote as compared to the eligible voting population, age 18 and over. The voter registration data by census tract was grouped into six percentage range estimates: 50% or below, 51-60%, 61-70%, 71-80%, 81-90% and 91% or above with an overall 84 percent registration rate. In the map the lighter colors represent a relatively low percentage range of voter registration and the darker colors represent a relatively high percentage range of voter registration. PDF maps of these data can be viewed at King County Elections downloadable voter registration maps. The 2019 General Election Voter Turnout layer is voter turnout data by historical precinct boundaries for the corresponding year. The data is grouped into six percentage ranges: 0-30%, 31-40%, 41-50% 51-60%, 61-70%, and 71-100%. The lighter colors represent lower turnout and the darker colors represent higher turnout. The King County Demographics Layer is census data for language, income, poverty, race and ethnicity at the census tract level and is based on the 2010-2014 American Community Survey 5 year Average provided by the United States Census Bureau. Since the data is based on a survey, they are considered to be estimates and should be used with that understanding. The demographic data sets were developed and are maintained by King County Staff to support the King County Equity and Social Justice program. Other data for this map is located in the King County GIS Spatial Data Catalog, where data is managed by the King County GIS Center, a multi-department enterprise GIS in King County, Washington. King County has nearly 1.3 million registered voters and is the largest jurisdiction in the United States to conduct all elections by mail. In the map you can view the percent of registered voters by census tract, compare registration within political districts, compare registration and demographic data, verify your voter registration or register to vote through a link to the VoteWA, Washington State Online Voter Registration web page.

TwitterThe purpose of this project is to find, count and map onsite septic system (OSS) served parcels in King County. Additionally, sewer connected parcels were also identified to exclude them from expected OSS parcels. The starting base layer was a parcel layer for all of King County (Plibrary.PROPERTY.parcel_area) from about September of 2015. The parcel base layer was updated in 2020. Project staff used various means to identify and catalogue sewer connected, OSS served, vacant and other identified parcels for all of King County.

It is derived from the E 9-1-1 address layer which was created with the intention of assisting emergency responders locate 9-1-1 wireless callers more efficiently. Address points with the site type: ED (Dry Hydrant), EH (Hydrant), ET(Public Telephone) are not included. The layer is overlayed with the Washington County polygon layer and the King County parcel layer. The layer is joined with KCZipcode table to bring in the USPS Zip+4 data fields. The layer is joined with King County Assessor tables to identify primary addresses for each parcel.
