This "template" does not use the "Create a project from a template" workflow within Pro, rather you are downloading the full project, and it can be modified as you see fit from there. Below are the recommended steps to take to deploy the template.Download the template anywhere on your PC by clicking the Download button on the top right below Sign In and Overview. This will download as a Zipped folder, likely to your Downloads folder.Go to the C drive of your computer and create a new folder called "Incidents", then create another folder within that Incidents folder with the name of the incident you are using the template for.     This crash dataset does include crashes from 2023 up until near the middle of July that have been reviewed and loaded into the Maine DOT Asset Warehouse. This crash dataset is static and was put together as an example showing the clustering functionality in ArcGIS Online. In addition the dataset was designed with columns that include data items at the Unit and Persons levels of a crash. The feature layer visualization by default will show the crashes aggregated by the predominant crash type along the corridor. The aggregation settings can be toggled off if desired and crashes can be viewed by the type of crash. Both the aggregation and standard Feature Layer configurations do include popup settings that have been configured.As mentioned above, the Feature Layer itself has been configured to include a standard unique value renderer based on Crash Type and the layer also includes clustering aggregation configurations that could be toggled on or off if the user were to add this layer to a new ArcGIS Online Map. Clustering and aggregation options in ArcGIS Online provide functionality that is not yet available in the latest version of ArcGIS Pro (<=3.1). This additional configuration includes how to show the popup content for the cluster of crashes. Users interested in learning more about clustering and aggregation in ArcGIS Online and some more advanced options should see the following ESRI article (https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/summarize-and-explore-point-clusters-with-arcade-in-popups/).Popups have been configured for both the clusters and the individual crashes. The individual crashes themselves do include multiple tables within a single text element. The bottom table does include data items that pertain to at a maximum of three units for a crash. If a crash includes just one unit then this bottom table will include only 2 columns. For each additional unit involved in a crash an additional column will appear listing out those data items that pertain to that unit up to a maximum of 3 units. There are crashes that do include more than 3 units and information for these additional units is not currently included in the dataset at the moment. The crash data items available in this Feature Layer representation includes many of the same data items from the Crash Layer (10 Years) that are available for use in Maine DOT's Public Map Viewer Application that can be accessed from the following link(https://www.maine.gov/mdot/mapviewer/?added=Crashes%20-%2010%20Years). However this crash data includes data items that are not yet available in other GIS Crash Departments used in visualizations by the department currently. These additional data items can be aggregated using other presentation types such as a Chart, but could also be filtered in the map. Users should refer to the unit count associated to each crash and be aware when a units information may not be visible in those situations where there are four or more units involved in a crash.

One is a standard radial opacity decay with a molten white core. The other is a variant with a shimmer effect, if that's what you need.Line symbols are available in solid or dashed. Lines are a stack of colorized semitransparent strokes beneath a white stroke, to create a glow effect.Polygons are also available in two versions. One version applies the glow to the perimeter of the polygon in both inner and outer directions, with a semi-transparent fill. This is effective for non-adjacent polygons.     This style for ArcGIS Pro contains four north arrows. They have a glassy semitransparent white appearance with a shadow effect for better visibility over highly textured surfaces while muted enough to provide balance.Before you use a north arrow, though, ask yourself if your map really needs one.Plus they're a bit of fun sizzle. Will they look good over your map? Maybe! I wouldn't try them over a solid basemap though. They will look pretty bad probably. They are intended for the busy high contrast varied hues of an imagery basemap. But of course you will do what you feel is right, which may include not using them for any map.There is an arrowhead style north arrow and a cardinal ring arrow.     This layer features special areas of interest (AOIs) that have been contributed to Esri Community Maps using the new Community Maps Editor app. The data that is accepted by Esri will be included in selected Esri basemaps, including our suite of Esri Vector Basemaps, and made available through this layer to export and use offline. Export DataThe contributed data is also available for contributors and other users to export (or extract) and re-use for their own purposes. Users can export the full layer from the ArcGIS Online item details page by clicking the Export Data button and selecting one of the supported formats (e.g. shapefile, or file geodatabase (FGDB)). User can extract selected layers for an area of interest by opening in Map Viewer, clicking the Analysis button, viewing the Manage Data tools, and using the Extract Data tool.     All data released with this set of geological maps is public domain data. The project has, however, benefited from a number of additional third-party data sources which have been used to help inform final maps and/or derive interpreted products. These include the 21CXRM Palaeozoic project (which is now available in the public domain),the Southern Permian Basin Atlas (SPBA),PGS’s North Sea Digital Atlas and East Shetland Platform seismic interpretation project, Frogtech’s East Shetland Platform Project, IGI’s Source Rock Evaluation for the East Shetland Platform, research data from the University of Aberdeen, seismic interpretation work and other geological studies carried out by Durham University on the SW Approaches, seismic interpretation work carried out by Heriot-Watt University on the Mid North Sea High, seismic interpretation work carried out by Aberdeen University on the Rockall area CGG’s Target database and relevant products available via the BGS’s Offshore Geoindex. TGS are gratefully acknowledged for providing joined digital log data from LogLinePlus to enable the production of sand flag curves. Schlumberger, TGS and BP are acknowledged for providing additional seismic data to help QC interpretation carried out within the project and CDA are also kindly acknowledged for their support in downloading and providing much of the released well data to LR as part of this project. Due to the high level, regional nature of the project, the depth structure and structural elements maps have been produced for the main geological time intervals, e.g. Paleocene, Lower Cretaceous, Upper Jurassic. Depositional facies maps and reservoir distribution maps were produced for a higher number of stratigraphic intervals such as the Danian, Selandian and Thanetian (Paleocene).     This is a video demonstrating how to create an offline map in ArcGIS Pro. Steps:Start with creating a vector tile package (.vtpk) from vector data.Add the vector tile package on top of other relevant data in a basemap view. The other data can be a raster image or any of the Esri's default basemaps.Add the basemap into another map view.
