TheFlorida Department of Revenue’s Property Tax Oversight(PTO) program collects parcel level Geographic Information System (GIS) data files every April from all of Florida’s 67 county property appraisers’ offices. This GIS data was exported from these file submissions between March 15 to April 1, 2023. The GIS parcel polygon features have been joined with thereal property roll (Name – Address – Legal, or NAL)file. No line work was adjusted between county boundaries.The polygon data set represents the information property appraisers gathered from the legal description on deeds, lot layout of recorded plats, declaration of condominium documents, recorded and unrecorded surveys.Individual parcel data is updated continually by each county property appraiser as needed. The GIS linework and related attributions for the statewide parcel map are updated annually by the Department every August. Data Source: The data was downloaded from the Lake County, CA GIS portal, the 'parcel.shp' and 'zoning.shp' were spatially joined. Data was enriched with Fire Hazard Zone, Flood Risk Zone, Fault Zones, Landslide Risk, Liquifaction Zones, Drought Conditions, and the potential for Renewable Energy (Solar Radiation and Wind Speed) layers, in addition to the layers provided by the county. The table schema is detailed below.

Parcels and property data maintained and provided by Lee County Property Appraiser are converted to points. Property attribute data joined to parcel GIS layer by Lee County Government GIS. This dataset is generally used in spatial analysis.Process description: Parcel polygons, condominium points and property data provided by the Lee County Property Appraiser are processed by Lee County's GIS Department using the following steps:Join property data to parcel polygons Join property data to condo pointsConvert parcel polygons to points using ESRI's ArcGIS tool "Feature to Point" and designate the "Source" field "P".Load Condominium points into this layer and designate the "Source" field "C". The 2023 Parcel Fabric Data is a copy of the Lake County Chief Assessor's Office spatial dataset, consisting of separate layers which represent the boundaries for Tax Parcels, Lots, Units, Subs, Condos, Rights of Way, and Encumbrance parcels, along with points, lines, and PLSS townships for reference, which have all been captured for the 2023 Tax Year.
This data is spatial in nature and does not include extensive fields of attributes to which each layer may be associated. This data is provided for use to individuals or entities with an understanding of Esri's ArcGIS Pro (specifically the Parcel Fabric), and those with access to ArcGIS Pro, which is necessary to view or manipulate the data.

Parcel boundaries are developed from deeds, plats of subdivision and other legal documents going back to the mid 1800's, following generally accepted practices used in Public Land Survey System states, and following guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Revenue and the International Association of Assessment Officials. Lake County's parcel coverage is based on resolving the accumulated evidence of all of the legal documents surrounding a particular parcel or subdivision, and not the result of a countywide resurvey. These parcel boundaries are intended to be a visual inventory of property for tax and other administrative purposes; they are not intended to be used in place of an on-site survey or for the precise determination of property corners or PLSS features based on GIS coordinates. In Illinois, only a registered professional land surveyor is authorized to determine boundary locations.

Included are the tax parcel boundaries, represented as polygons and centroids, for all changes resulting from legal records submitted to the Recorder of Deeds up to December 31st of the preceding year, as well as any court orders, municipal annexations and other transactions which impact the tax parcel boundaries. NOTE: The ONLY attribute included is the Property Index Number, or PARCEL_NUM. Additional assessment attribute data can be downloaded here

This parcel layer is used for tax assessment purposes and for a variety of other local government functions. It changes often, both spatially and in its attribution, based on divisions or consolidations, the sale of property and other transactions.

Example: PIN 08-17-304-014 can be interpreted as follows: Township 08, Section 17, Block 304, Parcel 014. Note that the first digit of block, "3" in this example, signifies that the parcel lies in quarter section 3. The quarter sections are labeled from 1 through 4, representing the northwest, northeast, southwest and southeast quarter sections, respectively.

This GIS layer file represents the currently adopted 2020-2021 Elementary (Primary), Middle & High School attendance zone and parent responsibility zone (PRZ) boundaries under the jurisdiction of the Lake County School Board. The primary purpose of this GIS layer file is to assist District administrative staff, school staff, parents of students and the general public with determining the appropriate school assignment and transportation eligibility accurate to an individual tax parcel or residential address for general education students under the responsibility of the Lake County School District. Because of programmatic reason these zones may not apply to special need students, magnet programs or students within special state funded programs.

This shapefile contains tax rate area (TRA) boundaries in Lake County for the specified assessment roll year. Boundary alignment is based on the 2017 county parcel map. A tax rate area (TRA) is a geographic area within the jurisdiction of a unique combination of cities, schools, and revenue districts that utilize the regular city or county assessment roll, per Government Code 54900. Each TRA is assigned a six-digit numeric identifier, referred to as a TRA number. TRA = tax rate area number

School district boundaries are based on legal documents filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds and on court orders. Mapping is based on the legal descriptions from those documents, which relate to existing parcel, municipal, township and PLSS features. Attributes include the district name, address and district number.

Cuba Township Tax Code

A subset of the Wyandotte County, Kansas tax map parcel polygon feature dataset in ESRI GIS format in Kansas North State Plane NAD83 coordinates, units feet, suitable for use at 1:1200 map scale or smaller. This subset contains only parcels owned by the Wyandotte County Land Bank. The goal of the Wyandotte County Land Bank is to return tax delinquent property to productive use that benefits the community. This layer may include properties in all parts of Wyandotte County, including the cities of Kansas City Kansas, Bonner Springs, Edwardsville, and that portion of City of Lake Quivira in Wyandotte Co. Attributes include the county parcel number (PARCEL and PARCEL_NBR) and Acres (ACRE). Multifarious property and ownership information in separate county taxroll and CAMA databases have been joined to the county parcel number for more complete attribution. Line features represent ownership boundaries per source materials (deed, plat, legal description, etc.) and are approximations of true ownership lines. Not included in this dataset are plat lot and block # designations, subdivision boundaries across ROW, ROW polys, easements, multi-story condominium property boundaries, or lot dimensions.

City limits (corporate) boundary lines for municipalities within Wyandotte County, Kansas, including cities of Kansas City, KS, Bonner Springs, Ks, Edwardsville, KS, that portion of City of Lake Quivira within Wyandotte County, and unincorporated remnant of Delaware Township. This dataset also contains city boundaries for Bonner Springs, KS and Lake Quivira, KS, that continue across Wyandotte Co. corporate boundary and into neighboring Johnson and Leavenworth Counties.
