This feature service is available through CT ECO, a partnership between UConn CLEAR and CT DEEP. It is also available as a map service and a tiled map service. This dataset is a statewide service of municipal parcels (properties) including their geometry (polygon shape) and attributes (tabular information about each parcel). In order to preserve the attributes, each municipality is added individually to the service.
The published paper geologic map for the Lebanon Quadrangle was converted to geographic information system (GIS) format using ESRI's ArcGIS software. The most recent digital raster U.S. Geological Survey topographic 7.5-minute quadrangle map (1:24,000 scale) was substituted for the older base map. The geologic map layout was exported in portable document file (PDF) format for distribution.A PDF file of this map can be obtained for free by contacting the Tennessee Geological Survey.

Mineral resource occurrence data covering the world, most thoroughly within the U.S. This database contains the records previously provided in the Mineral Resource Data System (MRDS) of USGS and the Mineral Availability System/Mineral Industry Locator System (MAS/MILS) originated in the U.S. Bureau of Mines, which is now part of USGS. The MRDS is a large and complex relational database developed over several decades by hundreds of researchers and reporters. While database records describe mineral resources worldwide, the compilation of information was intended to cover the United States completely, and its coverage of resources in other countries is incomplete. The content of MRDS records was drawn from reports previously published or made available to USGS researchers. Some of those original source materials are no longer available. The information contained in MRDS was intended to reflect the reports used as sources and is current only as of the date of those source reports. Consequently MRDS does not reflect up-to-date changes to the operating status of mines, ownership, land status, production figures and estimates of reserves and resources, or the nature, size, and extent of workings. Information on the geological characteristics of the mineral resource are likely to remain correct, but aspects involving human activity are likely to be out of date.

Dashed lines on maps represent approximate border lines for which there may not yet be full agreement. The final boundary between the Sudan and South Sudan has not yet been determined. The Structure Boundary feature class represents features whose outline should be display on a map view or container view. Structure boundaries can contain structure edges, structure junctions, devices, lines, assemblies, and junctions.
The Junction class represents locations where lines connect to lines or lines connect to devices. A key use for junction features is to allow devices or lines to connect to another line at an intermediate vertex. You can think of a junction as 'glue point' at key places to connect all the features of a utility network. Junctions can be contained within assemblies.
