    Description

The list of communes of France contains 38 data allowing to identify the communes and to link the French communes with files from the Open Data, using the Insee code of the commune, or the postal code(s), codes of departments, regions, cantons or academy. The files also contain data on population, area, density, coordinates (of the town hall and geographical center), altitude (average, minimum and maximum) and various information. The simplified geography of the territory of the communes is present in the files marked "with geography" or "with polygon". The names of the cities are offered in 5 different formats (with or without article and/or preposition, in lower or upper case...). The municipalities of the overseas departments, regions and collectivities (DROM-COM) are included in the files but some data may be missing. ### Available file formats The files are available in csv, csv.gz and json on data.gouv.fr. Files in Excel (xlsx), Parquet (.parquet) and Feather (.feather) formats are not accepted on data.gouv.fr but are freely available on villedereve.fr/open-data-donnees-libres-sur-les-communes. ### Years Available The files are available for the years 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. U.S. Bureau of the Census
    Description

The Bureau of the Census has released Census 2000 Summary File 1 (SF1) 100-Percent data. The file includes the following population items: sex, age, race, Hispanic or Latino origin, household relationship, and household and family characteristics. Housing items include occupancy status and tenure (whether the unit is owner or renter occupied). SF1 does not include information on incomes, poverty status, overcrowded housing or age of housing. These topics will be covered in Summary File 3. Data are available for states, counties, county subdivisions, places, census tracts, block groups, and, where applicable, American Indian and Alaskan Native Areas and Hawaiian Home Lands. The SF1 data are available on the Bureau's web site and may be retrieved from American FactFinder as tables, lists, or maps. Users may also download a set of compressed ASCII files for each state via the Bureau's FTP server. There are over 8000 data items available for each geographic area. The full listing of these data items is available here as a downloadable compressed data base file named TABLES.ZIP. The uncompressed is in FoxPro data base file (dbf) format and may be imported to ACCESS, EXCEL, and other software formats. While all of this information is useful, the Office of Community Planning and Development has downloaded selected information for all states and areas and is making this information available on the CPD web pages. The tables and data items selected are those items used in the CDBG and HOME allocation formulas plus topics most pertinent to the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS), the Consolidated Plan, and similar overall economic and community development plans. The information is contained in five compressed (zipped) dbf tables for each state. When uncompressed the tables are ready for use with FoxPro and they can be imported into ACCESS, EXCEL, and other spreadsheet, GIS and database software. The data are at the block group summary level. The first two characters of the file name are the state abbreviation. The next two letters are BG for block group. Each record is labeled with the code and name of the city and county in which it is located so that the data can be summarized to higher-level geography. The last part of the file name describes the contents . The GEO file contains standard Census Bureau geographic identifiers for each block group, such as the metropolitan area code and congressional district code. The only data included in this table is total population and total housing units. POP1 and POP2 contain selected population variables and selected housing items are in the HU file. The MA05 table data is only for use by State CDBG grantees for the reporting of the racial composition of beneficiaries of Area Benefit activities. The complete package for a state consists of the dictionary file named TABLES, and the five data files for the state. The logical record number (LOGRECNO) links the records across tables.

    Description

The Delta Neighborhood Physical Activity Study was an observational study designed to assess characteristics of neighborhood built environments associated with physical activity. It was an ancillary study to the Delta Healthy Sprouts Project and therefore included towns and neighborhoods in which Delta Healthy Sprouts participants resided. The 12 towns were located in the Lower Mississippi Delta region of Mississippi. Data were collected via electronic surveys between August 2016 and September 2017 using the Rural Active Living Assessment (RALA) tools and the Community Park Audit Tool (CPAT). Scale scores for the RALA Programs and Policies Assessment and the Town-Wide Assessment were computed using the scoring algorithms provided for these tools via SAS software programming. The Street Segment Assessment and CPAT do not have associated scoring algorithms and therefore no scores are provided for them. Because the towns were not randomly selected and the sample size is small, the data may not be generalizable to all rural towns in the Lower Mississippi Delta region of Mississippi. Dataset one contains data collected with the RALA Programs and Policies Assessment (PPA) tool. Dataset two contains data collected with the RALA Town-Wide Assessment (TWA) tool. Dataset three contains data collected with the RALA Street Segment Assessment (SSA) tool. Dataset four contains data collected with the Community Park Audit Tool (CPAT). Description

Presentation Launched in 2014, the new National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU) covers 480 priority neighbourhoods: 216 of national interest and 264 of regional interest, where about three million inhabitants live. This programme covers neighborhoods of large metropolises, medium-sized cities, large social housing complexes or buildings in old degraded centres, located in France and overseas. The National Agency for Urban Renewal (Anru), responsible for the implementation of the NPNRU, now has EUR 10 billion for the financial support of projects presented by local authorities. In total, 40 billion euros will be invested in these 480 neighbourhoods for demolition and reconstruction of social housing, the development of public spaces or the treatment of degraded condominiums. The list of priority districts benefiting from this programme is annexed to the Order of 29 April 2015 on the list of priority districts of the city policy with the most important urban dysfunctions and targeted as a priority by the new National Urban Renewal Programme and to the Order of 15 January 2019 correcting the list of priority districts of the city policy with the most important urban dysfunctions and referred to as complementary by the new National Urban Renewal Programme. ### Data The dataset contains: — the list of municipalities covered by the programme — the list of priority districts registered according to the decrees #### Useful links — Detailed presentation of the programme (Anru)Open Data File If you are using the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, a particular operation is required to open the data file: 1.
