A higher share of users with medium or higher education tended to use the internet for this purpose. According to the survey 76 percent of people with a medium level of formal education 91 percent of users with a high degree of formal education informed themselves about goods and services online. The gap between people with lower and higher formal education therefore was 52 percent.
