    NOTE TO USERS -- There may be disruption to this dataset between March 19 to March 29 related to an upgrade. Do not use this data to make zoning determinations. This data does not show all zoning regulations for an address, including overlays and situations where an address has more than one zoning. Also, the data may be out of date. Use the interactive mapping application https://maps.austintexas.gov/GIS/PropertyProfile/ to make zoning determinations, and call 311 if you have questions about zoning. Zoning only applies to addresses within the City of Austin city limits. This dataset is a list of addresses with their zoning provided to answer questions such as "what property addresses have CS zoning." This data is derived from GIS layer for address and zoning. The place_id field is provided for linking to the addresses GIS layer. This product is produced by the City of Austin for informational purposes. No warranty is made they City of Austin regarding specific accuracy or completeness.

    This data set contains information about zoning cases submitted for review to the City of Austin where records existed. It includes information about case status, case number, proposed use, applicant, owner, and location. Another version of this data in the form of a location dataset exists, showing cases starting in about 2007, when cases were first created in GIS.

The information is retrieved daily from the City's Application MANagement and Data Automation (AMANDA) database and includes information on location, proposed variances, applicants, owners, case managers etc, if available.     SH 71-130 Holdings LP (SHHL) is planning to build a mixed-use community in Texas, the US.The project involves the construction of a mixed-use community on 157.8ha of land and will be developed in phases.It includes the construction of 893 multi-family units, 176,516m2 of office space, 38,090m2 of retail and restaurant space, a 10-screen movie theater, 1,200 hotel rooms, 139,354m2 of industrial space, parking and related facilities.Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc has been appointed as lead consultant, AQUILA Commercial as consultant and Metcalfe Wolff Stuart and Williams as legal advisor.In December 2014, SHHL acquired the project site from Eastbourne Crossing LP.On May 20, 2015, KDC LLC signed a joint venture agreement with SHHL to develop an office complex on 40.4ha of land.SHHL submitted a zoning application to the Austin City Council on February 16, 2016.On March 1, 2016, Austin’s Zoning and Platting Commission recommended for approval for the zoning change.In April 2016, Austin City Council voted to approve the rezoning request.In December 2016, H-E-B Grocery store company acquired the 6.96ha of land from the development land and it is a part of the project.
