LRS3-TED is a multi-modal dataset for visual and audio-visual speech recognition. It includes face tracks from over 400 hours of TED and TEDx videos, along with the corresponding subtitles and word alignment boundaries. This feature class consists of approximately 195,000 features representing over 70,000 miles of Interstate, Primary, Secondary and Urban roads throughout the State of Virginia. The Linear Referencing System is based on the Virginia Department of Transportation's Source System of Record for road inventory, Roadway Inventory Management System (RIMS).
