Incumbrancers on real estate which affect the owner's real estate bundle of rights. Specifically:

Ingress/Egress Easements - Usually a perpetual agreement between property owners to allow transgression on property other than the owner.

Prescription - An easement (usually public right of way) in which the property owner may not have a signed agreement.

Private Roads - Easement incurred by property owners (usually condominiums and planned unit developments) to allow transgression across common areas.

Other - Other easements (such as, but not limited to sign easements, bridal/walking paths, etc.) not following under the above categories. May not be perpetual.

This dataset was designed as an inventory of unique physical addresses and therefor is not a complete representation of all addresses within the City of Lynchburg.

The data was captured completely from January 2017 aerial imagery, and will be updated going forward using permits and other sources available to the GIS office, in addition to updates with each new aerial imagery flight.
