This feature class is a composite polygon layer containing coding for each level of PLSS division in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. This is a production feature class that combines the nesting and hierarchy of the PLSS to assure vertical integration of the polygons. The polygon components of the composite are separated for the purposes of publication and for cartographic display and labeling or annotation.
