Eco Logical Australia was contracted by the South East Local Land Services to compile a seamless standardised vegetation map, from a combination of existing available data and covering the full extent of the South East Local Land Services (SE LLS) region. Available vegetation datasets covering the study area were reviewed and prioritised for the purposes of developing a best available combined vegetation dataset across the SE LLS region. The prioritisation process has considered a number of criteria to prioritise / rank the suitability of each dataset to prepare the compiled best available vegetation map. This focussed on the area (within the SE LLS region) that is outside the former Southern Rivers CMA area as a vegetation map compilation for the Southern Rivers CMA area had previously been undertaken by the CMA. The resulting dataset makes up a combined best available vegetation dataset for the SE LLS area. Please note the full data are available from the South East Local Land Services. The download package contains the footprint only. Contact the LLS for data access: https://southeast.lls.nsw.gov.au/

This dataset consists of an interactive map (and supporting guidance) containing background information that informs how we understand flood risk across the South East River Basin District. The map shows the River Basin District, component river basins and the coastline together with layers showing land use and topography.
This dataset together with equivalent datasets for each River Basin District, supports the Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment for England report which has been written to meet the requirements of the Flood Risk Regulations (2009) - to complete an assessment of flood risk and produce supporting maps of river catchments.

This dataset was developed under the guidance of the U.S. National Grid Institute due to a mission request from theFL-TF4 US&R Team operating in Louisiana after HurricaneLaura, August 2020, to support future similar Search-and-Rescue missions. The original population data are from WorldPop.org, converted to a 1-km USNG format courtesy of the USNGCenter.org, and mapped and hosted at the Florida Resources and Environmental Analysis Center (FREAC), Florida State University (FSU). Web-based map viewers are available as a courtesy of CalTopo, GISsurfer, and Esri.More Details: https://usng-gis.org/docs/TheSARTopoProject.pdf

The Crop Map of England (CROME) is a polygon vector dataset mainly containing the crop types of England. The dataset contains approximately 32 million hexagonal cells classifying England into over 50 main crop types, grassland, and non-agricultural land covers, such as Trees, Water Bodies, Fallow Land and other non-agricultural land covers. The classification was created automatically using supervised classification (Random Forest Classification) from the combination of Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images during the period late January 2017 – August 2017. The dataset was created to aid the classification of crop types from optical imagery, which can be affected by cloud cover. The results were checked against survey data collected by field inspectors and visually validated. Refer to the CROME specification document. Attribution statement:

Over the past several years, the department has undergone an extensive effort to correct and provide for accurate descriptions of commercial salmon fishing districts, sections, statistical areas, and closed waters. This interactive mobile map allows users to view these areas as well as other information pertinent to Southeast Alaska salmon fisheries management. This map is available for download thru the Esri Field Maps app and can be used offline. This map is for reference purposes only and is still under development. Any feedback is appreciated. The map can be used remotely on mobile devices by downloading the ArcGIS Field Maps app by ESRI and loading the ADF&G SE AK Salmon Mobile – SEAK map. You can find this map by using the search feature within the “Maps” page of the app and typing in “ADF&G”. At this time ArcGIS Field Maps is available for use on Android and iOS platforms, but not compatible with Windows.Recent updates: Yakutat salmon districts and statistical areas for both Yakutat and Southeast Alaska are now included. Check back for updates!Last Update July 10, 2024 (download size 905.36 MB)

This dataset divides the Asian continent in major hydrological basins and their sub-basins according to its hydrological characteristics. It was obtained by delineating drainage basin boundaries from hydrologically corrected elevation data (WWF HydroSHEDS and Hydro1K).
The dataset consists of the following information:- numerical code and name of the major basin (MAJ_BAS and MAJ_NAME); - area of the major basin in square km (MAJ_AREA); - numerical code and name of the sub-basin (SUB_BAS and SUB_NAME); - area of the sub-basin in square km (SUB_AREA); - numerical code of the sub-basin towards which the sub-basin flows (TO_SUBBAS) (the codes -888 and -999 have been assigned respectively to internal sub-basins and to sub-basins draining into the sea)
Supplemental Information:
This dataset is developed as part of a GIS-based information system on water resources for the Asian continent. It has been published in the framework of the AQUASTAT - programme of the Land and Water Division of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

Data lineage:
The majority of the linework of the map was obtained by delineating drainage basin boundaries from hydrologically corrected elevation data with a resolution of 15 arc-seconds. The elevation dataset was part of a mapping product, HydroSHEDS, developed by the Conservation Science Program of World Wildlife Fund. Original input data had been obtained during NASA's Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM). Areas north of the SRTM extent, 60 degrees N, were obtained by merging with the HYDRO1k basin layer.
