The UAS Facility Maps are designed to identify permissible altitudes (above ground level) at which UAS, operating under the Small UAS Rule (14 CFR 107), can be authorized to fly within the surface areas of controlled airspace. These altitude parameters, provided by the respective air traffic control facilities, are criteria used to evaluate airspace authorization requests (14 CFR 107.41), submitted via FAA.GOV/UAS. Airspace authorization requests for altitudes in excess of the predetermined map parameters will require a lengthy coordination process. This dataset will be continually updated and expanded to include UAS Facility Maps for all controlled airspace by Fall 2017. This map is not updated in real time. Neither the map nor the information provided herein is guaranteed to be current or accurate. Reliance on this map constitutes neither FAA authorization to operate nor evidence of compliance with applicable aviation regulations in or during enforcement proceedings before the National Transportation Safety Board or any other forum. The National Map structures data is commonly combined with other data themes, such as boundaries, elevation, hydrography, and transportation, to produce general reference base maps. The types of structures collected are largely determined by the needs of disaster planning and emergency response, and homeland security organizations."Police Stations and Prison Correctional FacilitiesData currency: This cached Esri federal service is checked weekly for updates from its enterprise federal source (Law Enforcement) and will support mapping, analysis, data exports and OGC API – Feature access.NGDAID: 135 (USGS National Structures Dataset - USGS National Map Downloadable Data Collection)OGC API Features Link: (Law Enforcement Structures - OGC Features) copy this link to embed it in OGC Compliant viewersFor more information, please visit: The National MapFor feedback please contact: Esri_US_Federal_Data@esri.comNGDA Theme CommunityThis data set is part of the NGDA Real Property Theme Community. Important note: The data set is updated daily under OpenData NRW! The map layer "contractual area replacing ordinance" can be selected in the Web Map Service landscape information collection (WMS LINFOS) and shows the spatial location of the FFH areas in North Rhine-Westphalia, where the guarantee has taken place via contracts with landowners or user associations. The Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC aims to maintain or restore a favorable conservation status of natural habitats and wild animal and plant species of community interest. To ensure this goal, the FFH areas confirmed in the EU community list are to be designated by the member states as special protection areas (SAC = Special Area of Conservation). The protection designation in North Rhine-Westphalia is based on the specifications of the VV-Habitatschutz, No. 3.1. and is usually done by designating it as a nature reserve. In a number of areas, however, security is guaranteed in accordance with § 32 Para. 4 BNatSchG via contracts of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia with landowners or user associations.
