To this end, the Program hired Mission Critical Partners, LLC (MCP) to evaluate the readiness of GIS staff and data in each 9-1-1 system to support the migration to and continuing operation of NG9-1-1. The Program specifically seeks a report on the weaknesses and strengths of each 9-1-1 system throughout Arizona to frame a statewide picture for legislators as the Program seeks to fill the full-time positions necessary to fully support GIS capabilities for efficient and effective NG9-1-1 call routing.
