    Description

    COVID-19 Behavior Determinants Database The COVID-19 Behavior Determinants Database is a research project that examined the sociodemographic and psychological determinants of COVID-19 related attitudes and behaviors. A comprehensive web-based survey was administered in adults ages 18 or older from: United States of America (n = 5326), including the four most populous states, specifically New York, California, Florida, and Texas, and Canada (n = 2744), including all provinces, except Quebec. The survey was collected at three timepoints, in May 2020, July 2020, and March 2021. Terms of Use The database may be used, reproduced, and distributed only WITH prior written permission from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). Written permission from CAMH and Licensing Agreement with CAMH is required if funded by a commercial entity or pharma. Referencing the COVID-19 Behavior Determinants Database By-line: Include the phrase "for the COVID-19 Behavior Determinants group*" with the asterisk referring to the following statement: *"Data used in the preparation of this article was obtained from the COVID-19 Behavior Determinants database (www.covid19-database.com). The investigators within the COVID-19 Behavior Determinants group contributed to the design and implementation of the study." See this link for more information https://imap.maryland.gov/pages/covid-data Summary The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccinations by race and ethnicity: Hispanic or Latino; Not Hispanic or Latino; Unknown. Description MD COVID-19 - Vaccinations by Ethnicity Distribution data layer is a collection of COVID-19 vaccinations that have been reported each day into ImmuNet. Terms of Use The Spatial Data, and the information therein, (collectively the "Data") is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory. The user assumes the entire risk as to quality and performance of the Data. No guarantee of accuracy is granted, nor is any responsibility for reliance thereon assumed.
