In 2022, Ukrainian children between one and four years old had a significantly lower vaccination rate than Polish children in the same age group. While 91 percent of Polish children were vaccinated against POLIO, only 78 percent of Ukrainians were vaccinated against it. Although 86 percent of Ukrainians were vaccinated against measles, the rate in Poland was 95 percent.
