This dataset uses the 10-meter vegetation canopy height (ETH 10m) data of ETH Global Sentinel-2 released by the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich and the global 1m tree canopy height (Meat 1m) data released by Meta and the World Resources Institute to construct a unified 10-meter resolution tree canopy height data at the urban scale and extract four types of urban TOF, namely urban forests, urban tree, urban shrub and cropland shrub.
