This plan map may be interpreted only as provided in the adopted plan text entitled: Interpretation of The Land Use Plan Map: Adopted Policy Of The Land Use Element. That adopted text provides necessary definitions and standards for allowable land uses, densities, or intensities of use for each map category, and for interpretation and application of the plan as a whole. The adopted text must be consulted in its entirety in interpreting any one plan map category, and no provision shall be used in isolation from the remainder.
