    Description

The REGIO Address Data API (application programming interface) service is a simple and reliable way to use Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian address data on a website, e-shop or company work application. The addresses of all three Baltic countries have been brought to a uniform format, which ensures the convenient use of data. The REGIO address database contains, among other things, target numbers, apartment numbers and farm names. Addresses can be returned in different projections. The service also allows for the return of former and invalid addresses. The API service allows you to find the full address in text format (geocidation), find the full address corresponding to the location coordinates in the form of text (reverse geocoding), and allow the correct text address (place name list) to be screened out of the hierarchical address system. You can also check the correctness of the address you enter by using the API service.

REGIO’s address database API (application programming interface) service is a simple and convenient solution to use Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian address data on web pages, e-shops or business application. The data structures of all three Baltic countries are presented in the same format, which ensures convenient use of the data. REGIO’s address database includes also postal codes, apartment numbers and farmsteads. Address coordinates can be retrieved in various projections. Address search enables return also invalid and expired addresses. Address API service allows to search for addresses from complete Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian address database (geocoding), find addresses for given coordinates (reverse geocoding) and also filter out correct address in text format from hierarchical address system (Gazetteer).

The Street_and_Address_Composite will return a geographic coordinate when a street address is entered. A user can enter an address either manually or by bulk input from a database or other source. The geocoder returns a coordinate pair and standardized address for each input address it is able to match. The NYS ITS Geospatial Services geocoder uses a series of combinations of reference data and configuration parameters to optimize both the likelihood of a match and the quality of the results. The reference data supporting the geocoder is stored in Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) standard. The first composite locator (Street_and_Address_Composite) is made up of the following set of locators which are most likely to return a high quality hit. The locators are listed in the order in which they will be accessed along with a brief description of the locator's source data. Description

Locations of all authoritative site addresses for Fairfax County. These addresses reside and are maintained in the Fairfax Master Address Repository (MAR) which is housed in the enterprise GIS database. This data contains not only the address, including street name, unit numbers for condominiums, city, state, and zip, but also several other related attributes such as jurisdiction and subdivision name that the address resides. This layer is updated daily from the data maintained in the MAR layer and related tables. Updates to this data occur when address data is recorded or approved and authorized by Land Development Service, Facilitation and Address Center (LDS-FAC).

Important information about unit numbers. This data is based on ownership and address site location. Therefore, addresses for apartment buildings will just have the primary building address. They will not include the unit numbers as there is no requirement for submission of unit numbers for apartment buildings in the county. Addresses for condominiums will have the primary address as well as the unit number as these are recorded with the Act of Condominium documents and each unit has separate ownership.

The pathway representation consists of segments and intersection elements. A segment is a linear graphic element that represents a continuous physical travel path terminated by path end (dead end) or physical intersection with other travel paths. Segments have one street name, one address range and one set of segment characteristics. A segment may have none or multiple alias street names. Segment types included are Freeways, Highways, Streets, Alleys (named only), Railroads, Walkways, and Bike lanes. SNDSEG_PV is a linear feature class representing the SND Segment Feature, with attributes for Street name, Address Range, Alias Street name and segment Characteristics objects. Part of the Address Range and all of Street name objects are logically shared with the Discrete Address Point-Master Address File layer. Appropriate uses include: Cartography - Used to depict the City's transportation network _location and connections, typically on smaller scaled maps or images where a single line representation is appropriate. Used to depict specific classifications of roadway use, also typically at smaller scales. Used to label transportation network feature names typically on larger scaled maps. Used to label address ranges with associated transportation network features typically on larger scaled maps. Geocode reference - Used as a source for derived reference data for address validation and theoretical address _location Address Range data repository - This data store is the City's address range repository defining address ranges in association with transportation network features. Polygon boundary reference - Used to define various area boundaries is other feature classes where coincident with the transportation network. Does not contain polygon features. Address based extracts - Used to create flat-file extracts typically indexed by address with reference to business data typically associated with transportation network features. Thematic linear _location reference - By providing unique, stable identifiers for each linear feature, thematic data is associated to specific transportation network features via these identifiers. Thematic intersection _location reference - By providing unique, stable identifiers for each intersection feature, thematic data is associated to specific transportation network features via these identifiers. Network route tracing - Used as source for derived reference data used to determine point to point travel paths or determine optimal stop allocation along a travel path. Topological connections with segments - Used to provide a specific definition of _location for each transportation network feature. Also provides a specific definition of connection between each transportation network feature. (defines where the streets are and the relationship between them ie. 4th Ave is west of 5th Ave and 4th Ave does intersect with Cherry St) Event _location reference - Used as source for derived reference data used to locate event and linear referencing.Data source is TRANSPO.SNDSEG_PV. Description

The TIGER/Line shapefiles and related database files (.dbf) are an extract of selected geographic and cartographic information from the U.S. Census Bureau's Master Address File / Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) Database (MTDB). The MTDB represents a seamless national filewith no overlaps or gaps between parts, however, each TIGER/Line shapefile is designed to stand alone as an independentdata set, or they can be combined to cover the entire nation. The Address Range / Feature Name Relationship File (ADDRFN.dbf) contains a record for each address range / linear feature name relationship. The purpose of this relationship file is to identify all street names associated with each address range. An edge can have several feature names; an address range located on an edge can be associated with one or any combination of the available feature names (an address range can be linked to multiple feature names). The address range is identified by the address range identifier (ARID) attribute that can be used to link to the Address Ranges Relationship File (ADDR.dbf). The linear feature name is identified by the linear feature identifier (LINEARID) attribute that can be used to link to the Feature Names Relationship File (FEATNAMES.dbf).

Description

A complete customer base is important, as you cannot (properly) reach your customers when data is missing. With our Data Enrichment solution, missing data can be added to your customer base. This starts with validating the contact information you already have, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. Besides, we can also enrich your database with specific wishes, such as real estate, location and / or consumer data.

Benefits: - An accurate customer base - Always reach the right (potential) customers - Reconnect with dormant accounts - Data enrichment as desired
